Anthony is down to earth, honest, and straight to the point. He came out the same day and had equipment on site within hours. Restoration one hands down saved my basement. They were able to prevent me from having to rip any drywall out, and I can’t thank them enough.

They promptly came to my home within hours of me calling and began the remediation process. Their technicians were knowledgeable and informed me of all the hazards and possibilities of my water issue. Their professionalism was beyond stellar. Restoration 1 was very responsive to our request for help after water damage to our living areas downstairs. There technicians worked tirelessly until all of the extensive water damage was controlled and mess cleaned up. They worked with the insurance company to until the situation was resolved.

Very professional, very kind, very responsive. The crew really took pride in their work and were very detail-oriented. We felt safe and secure after their remediation efforts. Also very much appreciated the 24/7 service--we had an after-hours emergency, and they stepped up to the plate.

Outstanding service, professionalism & responsiveness!! After having discovered that my Full Finished Basement had apparently been exposed to water wicking underneath the carpeting over time, that the previous owner installed (who puts carpet & padding in a below-grade space?) due to the french-drain not being able to handle the multiple torrential rains of the past summer - I called my insurance company about the drain-back-up/overflow rider in my policy. My worst nightmare was only about to begin when they sent an inspector out & found that not only just the flooring/carpeting was effected, but that black mold was detected in the walls structure & air sample taken - and they recommended I contact a Serv-pro type firm to come out ASAP. Well, after having contacted said serv-pro & them not even returning their calls - I looked through the local community pages on FB where I posted my plight and I am so glad I did! Anthony Lioi reached back out right away & was immediately understanding, attentive & responsive... directly & personally - even arranging to come out after hours as he would be passing back home late, between a job & his office - so would at least give me a look-see - and we could go from there. As we connected - he was in particular extremely thorough, detailed and patient with me, in explaining all of his findings - and what would be required for remediation. He immediately put me at ease - fully step-by-step explaining to me what was going to be the required process, and re-assuring me his teams experience & dedication to fully taking care of these things right. We came home from a weekend away and found 6 inches of water in our basement. Our sump pump failed and put a ton of water in our basement. We were at a complete loss. My husband is not handy and we had absolutely no clue what to do. We were referred to Anthony at Restoration 1 of Central Maryland and we are so happy we were. We called him around dinner time on a Sunday evening. To our surprise he personally answered the emergency number. He was to our home within an hour and his crews arrived shortly after. Anthony knew what to look for on my insurance policy and helped when I filed the claim. His crew was kind, courteous, and extremely respectable. They even brought our dog some treats the next day!!! (HUGE BONUS POINTS). Anthony and his crew worked through the evening Sunday, and came back Monday to finish the remediation. While Anthony didn’t remain at my house, every little question I had was answered immediately… no matter what time! I was beside myself when I texted him at 12:30am and received an immediate response! We are so thankful and grateful for Restoration 1 for taking care of us when we were absolutely lost. These guys are great. Came in and showed me the issues surrounding water in my basement. Dealt with insurance, then even had someone fix everything. Turn key solution - one company does it all! This business decided it was ok for them to put a sign in my front yard advertising there business .....and I have never used them !!!! they seem very desperate for business ....keep that in mind if you are thinking about using them.

I worked with Restoration 1 to remedy some serious mold in a crawl space below an older home. We were unaware of the existence of it but once discovered, knew we had to take care of it ASAP because of the serious health concerns everyone knows mold can cause . We got there quotes for work and Restoration 1 was not only the cheapest, but seemed the most prompt and professional, so we hired them. Within days they were going to work on the problem and within a week we had clear air samples. We were more than happy with the service they provided and would recommend them to anyone looking a company they can trust.

Restoration 1 is incredible! We had a problem with our air conditioner causing water damage in the walls and floor of 2 bedrooms in my house. My daughter is being treated for Leukemia, so any mold is a deadly to her. Anthony from Restoration 1 was at our home within an hour of our phone call. He assessed the damage and began mitigation. Every staff member was professional and extremely competent. They handled the insurance company, coordinated the other contractors and the two rooms damaged by water actually look better than before the incident. I am so grateful to have found this company. Tony and his crew were polite, tidy, and always available. I must say, dealing with an insurance company and a mortgage company were hellacious, but Tony made the experience much more tolerable.He worked with the insurance company so that I didnt have to much at all and he and his crew did an incredible job on the black mold removal, restoration, flooring replacement, and all of the other annoyances that came along with it.Tony was extremely responsive and was able to promplty answer every question I had. He and his team were finished with the project in a more than reasonable time and I will be recommending him to anyone I know that would be in need of his services. Couldnt be happier with the service. We were in a tough situation with a flooded basement. Anthony was a pleasure and not only sent out his team as soon as possible, but had some great advice, as well. You never want to have to use a restoration company, but its good to know that Anthony and his team are there, if needed.

Extremely poor communication from Anthony, the owner, who only showed up the 1st day to make sure he got the water remediation job. Once hired, he pulled a disappearing act & it was abundantly clear all he cared about was the thousands of dollars he was making from my homeowner’s policy. Anthony didn’t respond to important texts, like, have you called my adjuster, as required by my policy. Had to ask multiple times to get a response to that basic question. I had to ask his crew for their #’s, and Will & Dan we’re very nice, polite & neat. However, they took interior doors off & left off when job was done, they moved personal property & didnt return it to where it was. When time ran out w insurance policy & equipment needed to be removed, the owner suddenly remembered how to text me, but only to ask if he could bring “his partner” into my house that day, to get the rebuild job. When I asked who his partner was & if he was part of his company, he simply did not respond & I haven’t heard from him since! That’s because Remeduation 1 doesn’t do rebuilds & he was basically just looking to make more money off me on the side. Very sketch... definitely will not use this company again.
