I went to the store today to add a line and get a phone for my middle schooler. Lloyd was very kind and patient with me. He asked all the right questions and really worked hard to show me all of my options including the difference i products, plans, and cost. He was very helpful and took his time to make sure he included everything I needed. He also asked me if I had questions or if he could go over anything again with me. The other gentleman working at the store was very kind as well. Great experience.

On July 30,2021 I walked in to this store for help. Everyone that was working greeted me and was polite. The gentleman that helped me update my information was very knowledgeable, friendly and even had a few laughs. I really appreciate the help. Thats customer service, keep up the great work. We worked with Jasmine W. during our visit and she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. We ran into some issues transferring from Sprint, but she remained calm and was very thorough to make sure we got the help we needed. Dylan was very knowledgeable, professional & pleasant to work with! I felt I could trust him with my business. I came in to inquire information and ended up signing up and left Other cell company after being a client for over 20 yrs! My son & I Are excited with our new phones and the new service with AT&T! Dylan was by himself for the 2 hrs I was here... I felt bad him multitasking and doing his best to assist other clients coming in to make sure they were being acknowledged. Bryson (Eldersburg location) was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. He let us take our time making decisions and in no time at all had our old phone info transferred to the new ones, showed us how to use them, and fixed an issue with a watch & home hot spot that online/phone customer service people were unable to figure out. Weve been with AT&T for several years and have been to a number of locations. Working with Bryson was hands down the best experience weve had.

Was at the store wensday night and it was busy and there was only one worker there and Clarity was amazing, she handled everone with professionalism and even when people were mad and rude that they had to wait, Clarity was perfect and nice and trying to help the best she could all alone. she helped me and did everything i needed to have done. This was not even her normal store to work at and even alone she was perfect. I may need to go to westminster to she her again when i need things done.

I had a wonderfully pleasant experience at this store. I called the day before I went in and spoke with Frank. He was very gracious and answered all of my questions. I went in the following day and Frank helped me transfer my service from my old phone to the new one. He was very patient and helpful even though he had several more clients waiting. I would not hesitate to send my friends there or pop in again for any help or service I need. It was definitely 5 star service, the kind you don’t see a lot of anymore.

If I could give less than one I would. We purchased screen protectors in December and was told that a receipt would be emailed to our account. Since there’s no cell phone reception., we could not verify that one was sent. We never received a receipt. When we went to replace a screen protector under the lifetime warranty, we were told there was no record of our purchase and there was nothing they could do. After speaking with corporate, we brought the packaging back to the store so they could scan it and show it as part of their inventory. The salesman said that we were correct, he could do that, except he needed a managers password to override the system and the store does not have a manager. The closest store with a manager was Westminster, but the manager was not there today. We had also been told by this store that we could not turn our old phones in to them, because they were not a corporate store (so we had to drive all the way to Pikesville - this was during all of the USPS issues and we never received the packaging to submit them through the mail). Apparently that was a lie. They should have taken our phones in December. All told we have 3 extra trips to an AT&T store due to the mismanagement at this location. Make sure you get a paper receipt.

If not for Jasmine, who made this entire experience as well as it could have gone, I would be leaving a 1 star review or a 0 if possible. I have received the absolute worst service from any retail employee, let alone manager, that I have worked with at an AT&T or any other retailer in my life. I have never once written a review on Google and personally believe they can be taken too far but felt the need to warn any other potential customers of the experience i just had. As a note, the service from the rest of the Eldersburg AT&T team has been great, especially Jasmine.Tuesday, the 1st I came into this store trying to upgrade my iPhone 8 plus I have had for 5 years. I wanted to receive a 128 GB black iPhone 12. Ethan, the Eldersburg store manager told me that he had one left in stock and that we could transfer my information and data to it. We had no issues until getting to the part where he opened the box of the new phone. The phone was actually the blue iPhone that he said someone “put in the wrong box.” He said “I get my shipments in tomorrow so you could come back tomorrow and get the correct phone. I won’t be in the store tomorrow but tell the employees when you go in that you spoke with Ethan. All they need to do is call me for an approval and we can get that taken care of no issues.” After waiting 3 HOURS to have my system updated and transferred, I asked if we could do a trade in for my old phone towards this one. He said to wait until I came in to the store tomorrow (the 2nd) to do that.I called on the 2nd and Jasmine told me no orders came in. After expressing how stressful this situation has been, she said the best she could do was to ship out a phone to me as soon as possible. So we set up for a a phone to be delivered. Today, the 3rd. I called at 1 PM to see if their orders came in and Ethan said they had and I could come in to fix everything. I show up to the store at 2PM and Ethan decided to leave the store and Jasmine by herself while there were MULTIPLE customers in the store, what manager does that?The purpose of this review is to let you know that the store manager is incompetent and apparently has no idea what he is doing when it comes to his job. If anyone should be the manager it should be Jasmine for putting up with him and everything with a sincere smile still on her face. She is amazing, he is not. At no point did Ethan seem to want to be there helping me. I have NEVER once in my life had this much of an issue at an AT&T store. Very inconvenient and if my fiancée was already not with you all, I probably would have switched carriers. This is the first and hopefully last time I will ever leave a bad review for anyone.Thank you for everything Jasmine, and good luck with Ethan. Last time I shop at AT&T Eldersburg when Ethan is managing.

The sales rep Brian was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all questions asked is a very professional manor. He offered an up sell that made his less money but knew it was something I was interested in from our discussions. He was more concerned with me becoming a happy customer then to make a few extra dollars. Very easygoing and smooth experience.

My husband and I bought new phones about a month ago. I go to pay my bill and notice it’s $190 more than usual. I was charged upgrade fees and additional features were added that I was not aware of. We were informed our bill would go up about $25 a month. Thankfully I was able to get this corrected via chat on the app.

My mother recently passed away and I called the AT&T customer service number to cancel her service. I was told I had to go to an AT&T store and they gave me the address of the Eldersburg store. When I went there the guy told me they didnt handle cancellations for deceased people and that I would have to go to the Pikesville store. When I called the AT&T customer service folks back they said to return to the Eldersburg store and ask for the manger and he would take care of me. Complete waste of time dealing with AT&T.

Had a good experience trading in my iPhone8 at the Eldersburg store yesterday. After checking my pre-qualification status, Bryan clearly explained the deals available and all associated costs. The store was clean, distancing observed and everyone was masked. Hand sanitizer was readily available to use after touching devices to sign. I left my phone there for a few hours to have my data transferred over. So far, so good! After resetting passwords and setting up the new phone, it appears everything is working correctly. Such a relief as, in the past, changing devices is not always a smooth transition.

I came in to switch over a Sim-card for my wifes new phone and it was handled quickly and effectively. While there I got to talking with the store manager John Harris whose excitement for his job, and knowledge of the products peaked my curiosity of what else was out there. He took the time to see what I use my phone for and helped me find the best phone for me. He then helped me learn the phone faster by giving men a crash course, while also showing off the awesome technology they have.This stores knowledge and enthusiasm for not only the products they sell, but also valuing each customer as an individual is second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new phone or accessory.

I have had many positive and pleasant visits to this store. I always ask for the same person because she is so courteous and respectful. She’s always willing to explain things over and over with patience and she always goes the extra mile to make sure any issues you may have are cleared up and make sure that you were taken care of. My husband was getting a new phone and we got assistance from Danielle. He was debating on either trading in his phone or just paying off the last months payment so he could keep his old phone. I started to ask how much the total would be that hed be charged with, but she snapped back with 3 different amounts without explaining what each represented. She was nice to my husband but seemed like she didnt care to explain anything and was oddly rude to me. She asked if he wanted to get a protection plan for $11.99, but didnt explain what it was nor did she let him know if it was a one-time payment or monthly payment until he had to ask multiple times for clairification. The customer service could definitely need some improvement.

My reason for visiting this At&t store was due to losing my old phone. The lost of my cellphone was very frustrating and upon arrival to this store my frustration turned into anger. 1) there were not enough workers available for the amount of customers; 2) the workers available were visibly unhappy to be present; 3) the person that helped me was rude, lazy and pitiful because why did she come to a customer service job with a horrible attitude; 4) the person that helped me was so distracted by involving herself with other customers issues that she prolonged my encounter with her. If she was a manager I would have definitely understood the interruptions that she entertained but the interruptions were due to her intruding; and finally 5) I was made to fell insignificant because I was a prepaid android customer and all the customers that were iPhone owners were being helped willfully and cheerfully.

They definitely need a new manager or give the current one a personality adjustment. He is so rude and refuses to listen to you unless youre buying a new phone plan. Definitely not cut out for customer service. He walked away while I was in mid-sentence to hustle on over to new customers just walking in. Take your business somewhere else where you can be treated courteously and respectfully. This is NOT the place.

Im not having a great experience. I tried to return a new phone I had purchased on the 15th day for a better and more expensive phone but they would not allow me to do so. The manager stated that the 14 days started they day I purchased the device. Since then Ive experienced a number of dropped phone calls and am having other issues with the new device. Why the wont refund me and let me purchase something more expensive is beyond me, but I couldnt recommend this type of customer service to anyone. I even tried to call At&T corporate to let them know the situation. Problem is that this location is an Authorized Retailer and not an official AT&T store so they could not resolve this either. Sending this same letter to the BBB shortly. But not a happy customer at all!!!
