RF used to have great iced tea...fresh brewed every day, tasted great, and was relatively inexpensive. But now, they have the premade, reconstituted tea machine, and it tastes like Ajax. I used to buy food, snacks, lotto tickets, etc., and of course gas when I came in for my tea, but now Ive taken all my business elsewhere because of the change. Way to lose business over the desire to pinch pennies.

Love Royal Farms! You can get everything you need in one stop. Easy to get in and out to Rt 32 and Rt 26.

Dont do many of these reviews but what an improvement at the Sykesville store (#174) over the past year....coffee stations are always organized and clean, store always clean and well stocked and pleasant cashiers to greet you when you check out...thank you.

Mask mandates were lifted in the state of Maryland. But corperate ROFO wants to retain the anti-american mandates. The employees dont want/need masks, and the customers dont want/need masks. The customers always right

Went there and purchased buy two get one free dr peppers it didnt ring up that way inpointef it out to the clerk he got rude said I would have to deal with the manager so I asked for the manager her name is Jessica I pointed out the problem the sign is literally on the cooler door she says Im wrong and dont know what Im talking about theres a sign people worst customer service experience everybody they need better training all I wanted them to do was honor what the sign said

There food is nasty. Store is dirty

The Royal Farms is conveniently located on the corner of 26 & 32. Spacious tarmac and ample parking.The Fried chicken is usually good when it is fried in new oil. The western fries are always good.There is a clean public restroom. There is even a small area to sit and enjoy your chicken and fries if you dont want to take it home.

Very clean, staff was nice and welcoming. Seems to be a busy Royal Farms, well kept and fast service.

Please hire some cashiers that can count change. Paying 20$ for a 8$ total does not mean I get 8$ in change. I aint gonna cause a scene but wow. Shouldve been 12. (Heavy set lady)

Basically an above average convenience store. You can slip in and buy something whenever you want, and the food is pretty good.

In Eldersburg Maryland on Rte 26 Royal Farm is going down.I stop buying chicken there because the chicken is too greasy. The bag it was put in was greasy. They have $1.00 fountain drinks and I like to get a frozen drink since it’s been 🥵 BUTOMG the counters was so sticky that I didn’t want to put my cup down, straw papers on the floor, cup tops on the floor.The Manager needs to step up and encourage employees to clean not just standing behind the counter.There’s going to be competition because WaWais coming on Rte26 real soon and I know for a fact that I’m changing.Royal Farm get your act together ☹️

I love royal farms, they definitely have the best chicken salad out there but this location is the absolute WORST. They never have anything in stock, they have only one employee who has a positive attitude and at least acts like she wants to be there, so kudos to the nice lady cashier with the cat eye glasses. The rest of the experience however, frustrating. After a 20minute food order wait (with next to no one in there) they tell me they gave my order to someone else by accident and were refiring it. 3 minutes later I get handed 1 item out of the order and was told that I should have looked at the printed piece of paper posing as a sign about notifying the deli of my order. After roughly 25 minutes I had enough and wasnt about to wait for them to actually make. I handed the one item back and asked for a full refund which was promptly met with an eye roll and an instant feeling of whatever I dont care from the gentleman and completely resistance and instance from another employee to just stay and wait. Their refund system is beyond incompetent. Instead of scanning the ticket the cashier, with a huge attitude issue and absolutely no concept of moving with any sense of urgency, she had to actually do arithmetic on her own and add each part of the order back, when she got frustrated with it being hard she scanned it magically and figured out how to split the difference¿ all the while they are shouting across the store about the whole situation. Then after I finally got my refund I was questioned as to if I actually gave back the only item handed to me...which I had. Waste of 30 minutes of my morning on the way to work, hence the desire to make haste. Tl;Dr all but one staff member is rude and pretty much incompetent, the selection of anything to grab and go is pathetic. Go to ANY other royal farms

The free tire air machine is broken here. Of you need air, the Wawa across the street also has free air.

Worst royal farms I have ever been to. Went in at 2am to get a breakfast sandwich (keep in mind they have 24/7 breakfast, even says it on the computer) the guy behind the counter told me that all he has is chicken and fries. I told him I wanted breakfast I was just starting my day. He told me no all I have is chicken and fries. And of course nothing else is open at 2am. Very disappointed.

Worst chicken from Royal Farms ever. Bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper was on the railing, guess the employee could not be bothered to put it in right. No soap in the dispenser. AND why is the line always 8 people deep!

Pressed for time so stopped here for a fast meal but once I got in the car and started driving I realized that the hot sandwiches I actually waited for were cold. Called and spoke to the manager who didnt seem to care. Pathetic!

Gas is fine.....As far as the food goes its hands down the worst Farm Store i have ever been to. Unfortunately i live close to this location. I strongly suggest going out of your way to avoid.

I always go to Royal Farms when I can. However the one in Eldersburg Maryland is an abomination. The food is the absolute worst of any RFS. I was recently served chicken that I am positive would have the RFS corporate headquarters livid. My chicken looked like it had previously been served and bites and skin were removed. The employees cant count. This results in a five piece chicken finger box having 3. This also confuses them with the sauce. I am convinced nobody can count past one. The cookies are also stale and falling apart in the bag. At one point for two weeks they did not have splenda for coffee. RFS is an excellent chain, just dont got to the RFS in Eldersburg!It was so bad last time that we reached out to RFS corporate. We have yet to hear anything.

Best fried chicken

Royal farms has a great selection of essentials and a variety of fresh foods, but aside from that clean interior the real draw is the gasoline costs and in particular the very competitive prices. I usually stop by once a week after eating at tonys.

Dont Eat at the Deli!The Food is not fresh and the employees allays mess up the sandwich!

Not a bad place but every time I have eaten here it has made me terribly sick. Avoid this place for food. Half the time they wont even have what you ordered in stock.

My gas pump typed out, and when I walked in to ask the cashier to reset it he wouldnt do so but proceeded to explain to me that it gets canceled when I hang it back up. Zero help, he couldnt have done any less if he tried. I cant believe people like this get hired! Also their gas has been found to have contamination...

Simply delicious fried chicken.
