All the teams have been quiet, competent and friendly. I finally learned theres an app that tells me what time to expect my team on my cleaning day! Now I can plan my day better and I can pay through the app.

Even during these past several trying months with the pandemic, TCA has strived to keep their customers informed as opening statuses changed. They have followed all protocol to keep their workers and customers safe and keep to their high standards. I am very impressed.

The first couple of months, everything seemed ok. Then, came home one day and it didn’t look like much was done, so I called the main office and complained. The next time they came out (two weeks later), I received a call that they could not clean the living room because my dog was growling at them. Interesting about the timing. I had never received a call before about my dog? Why now? Everything up until two weeks prior had been fine, and never any complaints about my dogs, which by the way, are not aggressive. So long Cleaning Authority! There are too many other companies out there.

Cleaning teams are well trained on the most part. I also like they have areas of concentration each time they clean. This does not mean the rest of the house doesnt get cleaned. They do detail work such as cleaning grout during concentration times, but they also clean the rest of the house.

I have used this Cleaning Authority for years! Deanna, who started at my house, now manages things and keeps my schedule running smoothly. Kat is so thorough, and when she, Lori and Shannon left today the house was spotless! All of the folks who have come here, including Jeff, Kelsey, and others, have been sweet with my dog, and lovely to have at the house when Im home. They are all respectful and quiet when we are working in the home office. Much more consistent and reliable experience than the other service I used about 15 years ago. Thanks!

Weve been a client of The Cleaning Authority of Mt Airy for many, many years. Over the years we have had a few different Cleaning Teams. Most have done a good job, and, if there was the occasional issue they ALWAYS made it right. Currently we have the best Team ever, Team 3! Brenda and Joanna do a fantastic job. They make our huge tile floor shine like glass every time and that is no small project! Deanna in the office is a superstar too, always very accommodating to the occasional weird scheduling glitch on our part.

I called for a move out cleaning and they called back. I missed the call and called them back. The message center took a note but I never heard from them again. I hired a more responsive company.

If for some reason you have to change an appointment they are very accommodating.The best part of the company is my team (Terrie and Dawn). I have had Terrie almost from the beginning and I wouldnt want anyone else. Terrie is an excellent team leader, always making sure everything is in tip-top shape before she leave.I love coming home to a clean house!

We really enjoy having this service & the feeling of coming home to a clean home every couple of weeks. It is so nice to have a thorough team that handles all the tough stuff for us, so we can spend more quality time with our family. They always do a great job and particularly in the bathrooms (& the area around the faucets that always looks cruddy). I dont know how they do it, but our home looks & feels great when they are done.

Have been using the Cleaning Authority for years and very happy with their service. They do not use harsh chemicals or products during cleaning and do a complete job, and you can designate certain areas such as guest rooms to be done on an as requested basis. Usually a team or 2 or 3 comes in to clean and will take up to 2-3 hours to do the house. Kelly and Angie were yesterdays team and did a great job throughout the house.

Team 3, Brenda, Joanna and Lindsey, have been cleaning our house for a while now. They always do a great job on our glossy kitchen floor. They also love our two old english sheepdogs even though they dont clean up after themselves.

Dont know how well they clean. They came out to our house for an estimate on 6/20. We had company coming on 7/9 and were hoping to get our house cleaned prior. They spent about 45 minutes working on an estimate and said they wouldnt get to us before the 4th of July holiday, but would email us with an estimate and get us on the schedule. Here it is July 15 now and no email,or phone call. We have wasted 3 weeks waiting for contact when we couldve gone with someone else. I guess they have enough work and dont need our business. It is a 3300 sq ft house , not a small job.

We have been with the Mt. Airy Cleaning Authority for more than a decade and could not be more satisfied with their professionalism and service. Our team leader, Brandi, is now like a family friend.They are trustworthy, reliable, thorough, professional, and respond immediately to any questions and concerns.I cannot recommend the company more highly!

Pleased the first time, a year ago. After that, I have not been satisfied. Different team each time, some inexperienced. For what I am paying, I expect an experienced, trained team. I generally keep a very clean and neat house, so perhaps I am pickier than many people. When the team is finished each month, I expect the little things to be done like vacuumed and mopped around edges and in corners, and also I like my rugs placed back neatly where they were, blinds even if they dust the blinds, pictures straight after they dust them, things in the same place. Once I came home after they cleaned, and it looked like a burgler had been there! Pictures crooked on the walls, blind slats all crooked, Last month was the worst (Shanice and Barb). The girl did not even know how to dust (even with a feather duster) and I had to go around and dust because there were so many places that she missed. I do not have knicknacks and she did not lift anything to dust. It was the same with the vacuuming and mopping. They only spent 1 hour and 15 minutes here, and some of that time, the girl was on her phone! The time before that, they forgot to vacuum the steps. The time before that, they forgot to clean the laundry room. Dont they have a checklist? I have reported my concerns and Im giving them one more chance. I have to say that I have gotten prompt replies each time I have contacted them. However, a team was never sent back to redo what they forgot, nor was I credited anything for what wasnt done, which I am going to start requesting. Also I cant find my tca reward points on the website. These cleaning teams are not doing anywhere near what is advertised, for me at least. I have read several reviews that were very good, and others that were quite bad. Im wondering if there are just some employees who do a terrible job, in which its a hit or miss if you get a good clean or not. I will update this review to let you know if things improve, or if I end up cancelling my service with them.Update: January clean.....I added a star to my previous reviews. Todays clean with Shelby and Summer (team 9) was much better. I will request that I have that same team each month.

My home is cleaned every two weeks. The teams are thorough and efficient. I love the products they use to clean with--they are environmentally friendly. I also like the way the teams rotate through areas. They leave a detailed list of what was cleaned.

AWFUL experience. If I could I would give -1star for the initial on- boarding service. Scheduled appointment online for Tuesday @ 6.30pm. Appointment was scheduled 3 days in advanced - no one showed up for a schedule time to do an estimate!!!!!!!! Not a good way to start relationships, is it? Called to find out what has happened the gentlemen on the phone tells me that nothing has been scheduled for me, blames the internet and online form. He tells me this without knowing that someone already called 2 hours earlier to confirm the appointment... 5 min on hold, he comes back with oh we were not able to find your house on the map . To be fair, we leave in a new development and the older GPS systems might not have the address, BUT Google maps, WAZE and others do - so my conclusion is have not tried hard to find the directions; email a few days earlier would been answered and directions specified , however this franchises owner chose not to show up at all. Disappointed.
