Very Disappointed. Paid for the top drive through car wash. When completed it missed the front of my car completely. So told one of the workers and he said “NOT AGAIN”. Maybe you can go though again but let me check with the manager. The manager just said “NO I can’t do anything about it. Not even I’m sorry. Will never go back there again…..

Went through the automated wash Monday night and the heavy cloth strips ripped my windshield wiper blade clean off and bent the wiper arm out of alignment.

Good pressure on the self serve wash. 4 minutes for $3 is too expensive. Self serve coin machines eat you quarters often for no additional time.

Little disappointed bays were full of mud and sticks and the pay machine on the wall for the use of the cleaning products counts time up so you cant tell how much time you have left. This had to be a fluke I hope , I have used this car wash before and have never seen it in this condition.

The attendant was friendly and helpful. The car came through cleaner than it arrived but not exactly spot free.

I got the deluxe wash at the pull-thru wash area. The young man at All Shined up was professional, courteous and very friendly. Thank you for great service.

I had tree sap on my windshield and I was about to use my hand sanitizer to clean it off before it got washed and the associate who was working she was awesome she said I will get that for you sir. Thanks again i will always go there 😊 great customer service 👍

Has a car wash, dog wash, and laundry on site. They even have a car smell spray and anything else you need in vending machines. The people who work there keep it cleaned and maintained pretty well. I always see them taking out the trash and doing awesome at their jobs!

Cleaned car well enough but was so strong it partially tore off some door guard edging. Not cool.

Their was a delay in the tire spray from soap was.I was able to clean my vehicle through.

Quick easy way to wash your car or truck. Been thru automatic car wash 2x with no issues. The self serve bays are great also. The brushes and wands do need a little attention as they appeared to be heavily used and bristles were flattened out. The only problem is getting in from the south bound lanes on 32..have to do a u-turn to get there...cod be worse I guess.

Id say this has to be the nicest self serve car wash in carroll or Howard county. The amount of wash time per dollar is generous. They have vacuums that always work, a nice dog wash, and a 24 hour drive thru wash

Beware, if the car wash breaks something on your car, and you submit proper paperwork, they will not call you!

If you go through the combination wash (the employees use a brush on your wheels, bumpers and lower part of the vehicle then you go through the automated brush car wash) the car comes pretty clean. Skip their fully automatic wash, it never seems to work for me. 10 dollars for the middle level combo wash seems reasonable, however the still never comes out very clean.

Busy on a nice day, more stars for the self serve however no soap or tire cleaner, just high pressure rinse... so $4.00 to rinse my car. 😒

So disappointed the laundry use to be clean and neat now it seem like they let it go. I have left 3 yellow cards to get refund but I never received a call the machines seem to always be broke and the dryers don’t dry . It’s seem like since the owner isn’t around Everything went down hill. I hope it changes

The owners of the company unnecessarily referencing religion in their marketing materials makes me uncomfortable patronizing this business. If you have value, name them... There are no universal principals called Christian values.

Best auto wash around the area

This is THE BEST carwash in the area, in my opinion. The vacuum head kept coming off the hose, as I was vacuuming, so that was a little frustrating but I usually never have problems here.

They do a decent job, but the quality of the prewash varies. Some times they do a really good job and will take magnets off and sometimes they just do not care. I always just take them off myself now before going in.

Bad experience and staff. Waited for over five minutes for door to open after paying. Had to go find someone to help, which was all but impossible. Then he acted like he could care less about the situation. He said he would let maintenance know. Ten minutes later (there was a line of cars blocking us in, so we couldnt even just leave) the maintenance finally shows up. No care that there was a problem, but apparently it happens often because he knew exactly what to do.I wont be going here again!

Vacuums are really inconsistent in power. Shampooer do-dad worked okay, but I dont think for the money (it took $9 to vacuum, in 3 minute increments, the car and clean the two front seats [they were really egregious]) I would go back. Thought about a car wash while I was there, but no way at those prices!

Its a great place for cleaning up your car

$24 for a $15 car wash? It was ok but definitely not worth $24 and the monthly club what a joke. $60 a month so I can wash my car everyday. Who has the time or the need to wash their car everyday.

They miss scrubbing some areas, but a good place for getting the road salt off.

Bring plenty of quarters, or use their currency machine to change your paper money. There are vacuum cleaners available. On nice days there can be a line of cars, of course.

Good facilities, but a bit overpriced. The automatic full service car wash does a good job. But I would more for the price. I still use them begrudgingly.

This is probably the best car wash within a 10 mile radius. Ive never had a problem.

Building is a little run down but the machines work well enough. Did not appear to be staffed in the times I was there.

Did my laundry here a few days ago in town For business this place needs major updating in their machines I had to use 2 different machines because the hot cycle did not work
