Bay Brothers answered all my questions and concerns while dealing with my insurance company and utilizing my policy to the fullest. The first time the insurance came out they only paid for a small repair, and Aaron was able to help us get full siding replacement after we could not find a match to do the repairs.

With hail damage to our house, Bay Brothers helped assist working with both the insurance company and mortgage company to get the house inspected, approved for a claim, and did all the work.Addison was my main point of contact, and would stop by the house whenever anything was needed (about a dozen times), kept me up to date on every date, and knew quite well all the nuances there were when working with the insurance company.Highly recommend using them!

Bay Brothers have made my home renovation project easy and straightforward. One suggestion I would give homeowners during the renovation project of roofing and siding is to move to the inner room of the house or leave the house while the contractors are completing the job. I am so happy that the Bay Brothers contact Roque Fuentes made a point of alerting me to the hail damage done to my house (roof, siding, and gutters ) that happened back in April of this year that I did not know about until a full inspection that Bay Brothers had done for me and also guided my insurance company to due and inspection that was long over due. Roque the project manager was great in walking me through all of the required items and that needed replacement and repair.I can not say enough on this companies professionalism and great sub contractors doing and completing all work on schedule as quoted.It was a pleasure to work with all of the company employees and their subcontractors. I for one give them a 10 on a ten scale even for costing!

Great job by both Aaron and Joshiah! I had some shingles come off during the wind storm back on Friday, March 2nd. Aaron came out the next day (Saturday) went up on the roof, assessed the damage and gave me an estimate on the spot. It wasnt a big job compared to other folks impacted by the storm but youd never know it by the quality of service I received. Both Aaron and Joshiah were responsive and attentive, securing a tarp on my roof to prevent further damage until they could get out to repair it. They matched the 5 year old shingles perfectly, I cant tell the difference! If theyre that good and responsive with a little job, I can only imagine how good the service would be for a bigger job! I will definitely reach to them first for any roofing jobs in the future!
