They said it should take 2 weeks. Called 2 weeks in. Said it should take another week (understood that because of state of the world) Called next week. Was told it should take another week (once again understood due to state of the world). They told me my parts came in Monday and it should be done by Friday. They quoted 23 hours of labor. (On avg 4.6 hours of work a day between Monday and Friday). I can’t speak on the quality of their work yet due to the fact I haven’t seen it but they’re unprofessional when it comes to legitimate timelines, taking cars when they’re busy, and telling me I’m not listening when I tell them they told me the parts came on Monday. After working in the auto industry I know when I’m getting the run around and being put on the back burner. My advice to this business is, if you can’t handle your workload stop accepting peoples cars weeks ahead of expected repair date.

Out of 3 auto body shops we visited in Eldersburg to get an estimate, this place offered the lowest price for body repair and painting. You wouldn’t be able to tell that there was ever any damage on my car after taking it to Restivo’s

I had some nasty scratches on the right corner of my rear bumper from the tail light down to the bottom of the bumper. I had gotten quotes from around the area and Restivo beat everyone else, hands down. One competitor almost doubled Restivo’s quote. The team at Restivo is professional, friendly and thorough. Greg Hilliard provided great, timely service. The bumper looks brand new—you would never know anything had happened. If I am in need of another repair down the road, Restivo will be my first and only stop.

Awesome towing service. After my initial call the owner called me back and let me know the driver would be at the scene in 30 minutes. 5 minutes later, Dave, the driver called to let me know he would be there in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later Dave was on the scene. He was probably the nicest person I’ve ever met. He made a horrible situation pretty nice. Dave took great care to make sure the vehicle was properly secured and the custom wheels and tires were protected from damage. I highly recommend Restivo Towing.

PLEASE READ EDIT!! It was okay service. Didnt really get updated through the process too much and then when we did the walk around I had to point out that they missed fixing my rims. Now upon further inspection I noticed where they fixed the fender doesnt even line up with the rest of the car.EDIT: Greg Jr. reached out to me about taking care of where car doesnt match up. Im grateful they are fixing it and their service is definitely amazing for them to reach out to make things right.

Professional work.

They did an awesome job with my car! The color is an exact match, the lines are perfect. You would never know my car was involved in an accident. This accident was covered by the other persons insurance company and the insurance company gave me an estimate that was about a third of the cost of the total repair and Restivos worked with the insurance company making sure the car was fixed properly to Restivos standard which was much higher.

I have brought several vehicles to Restivo over the years and have always been pleased with the job they do and their competitive pricing. A few weeks ago, when my parked car was hit, I learned just how great their customer service and attention to detail are as well. Greg, Jr. stayed late to give me a fair estimate on the work and Gemma (sp?) was a tremendous help as I wrestled a claim number and ultimately insurance payment from the guy who hit me. I was well taken care of throughout the process and could not have been more pleased with how they handled the case. Great job from a local mainstay.

Greg and his son were nothing but professional and compassionate about my son’s accident. Unfortunately my truck was totaled so I did not have the pleasure of them being able to fix it but Greg and his team were very helpful with the transition between the insurance and myself.

If I could leave a zero I would. This man has been in business for “31 years” which is a successful feat on it’s own, but unfortunately he operated inefficiently with me. It took him 2+ weeks to FINALLY send me (the vehicle owner) a copy of the estimate and he pre-ordered all the parts without my blessing in anyway. After I said no to getting the work done after seeing the estimate, he then told me I had to pay him for the parts he already ordered (without my approval, blessing, or signing of anything). I went in for an estimate, this man charged me for his mistakes. I wouldn’t recommend doing anything with these guys. Good luck and stay accident free (even if it’s someone hitting you).Congrats on getting a free $150 from me for operating poorly.
