If you are lucky enough to read this before your transactions goes into escrow, please do your research and select a good firm. I had no say in them being chosen and regret that quite a bit. I was looking for a covenant linked to a string of properties outlining a private driveway which could not be located on file through normal channels. Endpoint found the covenant I was looking for signed and filed with Thurston County back in the 1970s. Endpoint is responsive, detailed and diligent.

I was initially hesitant using a internet based escrow company but Endpoint was very highly spoken of. The platform was very easy to use, the staff was knowledgable and responsive throughout the whole process. I would recommend Endpoints services!!

Excellent experience with endpoint as a seller. The app was intuitive and easy to use. When I needed to speak with someone the service was prompt and I was called (sometimes immediately) by a representative at endpoint. Even the notary commented on how easy it was to work with them!

Did my first title and escrow order through them. Went better than expected for first time and would definitely be willing to use them again!
