This company is the very best contractor I have ever met, I am 84 years of age and have a lot of construction work don on my house that I have owned for over thirty years, most of it OK and some not very good. Then I got a price from this company about ten years ago and I thought that they were kind of high, but I went with them anyway to see how their work was, I was very surprised with their work it was immaculate and the best that I have seen, since then I have had numerous jobs done by them and I am still being surprised and very happy as to as to the quality of their work, I will never go to any other contractor no matter the price because I am more interested in the finished job, I can only say you will never be sorry with their work no matter the price.

I first hired Custom Design & Construction a few years ago to remodel my bathroom and bedroom. I was so pleased with the results that when I recently decided to do the rest of my apartment (kitchen and living room) I didn’t even bother to get bids from any other contractor, I just went straight to CD&C.Nicole Zavala, my designer, was great to work with. She had an excellent grasp of my tastes and was able to pull together a design that was perfect both functionally and aesthetically. Santos Mejia, my project manager, was always on top of things and kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. I live in a moderately large condominium complex, so unit remodels are a fairly common occurrence, and often lead to complaints from neighbors over the noise or mess. In contrast, I actually received compliments from some of my neighbors about how neat and quiet my workers were.The final results are absolutely spectacular! Before the remodel, the only thing great about my apartment was its location; the apartment itself was very plain and not very inviting. Now its someplace that I really feels like home.

We did a complete kitchen remodel with Custom Design and Construction. Our experience was outstanding from planning to execution. They listened to what I wanted and added their expertise, leading to a great plan. The schedule was set out in advance, and they stuck to it. Being a large family without a kitchen is tough, but the project went smoothly and quickly. I was comfortable with all of the workers being in our house - they were professional, courteous and clean. The kitchen remodel couldnt have turned out better. We continue to get complements on the kitchen and the workmanship. We had an excellent experience with the folks at Custom Design. We decided to renovate the bathroom, and while it took a little longer than we were expecting, it was a totally pain-free remodeling. And they have professionals who know what they are doing, and they give you always the right advice. I would definitely work with them again. My wife and I are very happy with the whole experience. And more thing that help a lot: you can give them your house keys, and rest assured you wont have one problem.
