We might want to check all the 5 star reviews, to make sure theyre not employees. When I first started working for the state, their service was great (5 Stars.) These last few years they constantly do not service our dumpster, but say they do. They claim to have GPS on all vehicles, but unless they go into a different dimension & service that dumpster, they have driver integrity issues. We end up using a lot of man hours calling & emailing them to do we pay them to do. We send them pictures of the full dumpster & they question the validity of the picture, as if someone would waste their time to claim that service wasnt rendered when it can be easily verified.

We own a business in East Montana and we Never, ever get our dumpster picked up on time! If you call the customer service they will tell you the truck will pick up by 5:00 and the next morning it hasn’t picked up. The company always has an excuse for being late, yet We never pay our bill late! Today makes 3 days late for pick up. We have trash and flies all over the place yet we can’t get this company to pick up. Terrible service!!

Service is not consistent! They schedule you for certain dates of the week to pick up and they never show up. When you call them to complain they always say they had a truck issue but you will get serviced today and still dont show up or they say they already went when they did not go. Ive been dealing with this for months/years. I call to complaint and they get it together for a couple of weeks then back to not showing up. Tried to cancel the contract due to them not doing their job unfortunately the contract renewed on its own before we were able to cancel.

Bret Baffert at El Paso Disposal has provided excellent service for removing waste from our horse boarding facility Little Red Riding Hood Stables for almost 4 years now. They remove our waste twice a week, on time, and help keep our little gem sparkling clean. And the driver is courteous and always closes the gate behind him to keep our horses safe inside.

I understand that trash may fall out during pick ups however; todays pick up showed a complete lack of respect for our community. When called to make them aware of the incident, they provided one excuse after another. Its a shame they are the only company to provide service to our area.

We have used El Paso disposal for over 30 years. They are on time, professional, and clean. Bret has always been helpful and responsive to our concerns and needs.

Im starting to think maybe I should look into a class action lawsuit or something. I know were not the only one being robbed.. On average they dont pick up our trash once a month, yet we pay full price for disposal!!!! we struggle for a whole week until maybe you all pick up the following week. The worse part about it, they leave no note or anything so why isnt my trash taken?!! In the end what do I expect from a city employee of El Paso?!!!! Seriously El Paso employees are as trashy as the trash they pick up. They need to clean house and give jobs to people who care and enjoy having a job, especially now when millions are jobless!!! Just cause you all work in trash doesnt mean you have to act like trash.
