Do not take your things to this guy... When you walk-in, you will see all the TVs that customers have not picked up. Dropped my items off late June. Called the second week of July, and was told he had re-ordered parts as they had sent him the wrong ones, and that they cost over $400. When I came to check-in on my speakers today, 9/14... He was still waiting on those parts. He never called me to give me an update, not even a freaking text... these speakers are $1,400 each... Gave him one star because I got my stuff back, no better not worse than when I dropped them off... 2 1/2 months ago.

Straight to the point 👌 service. Raul is an honest-to-God electronic repair man that will give you a fair and rapid estimate. He is very demanded in El Paso, so, dont expect him to fix your problems in a day. He takes the time to look for the problems in your electronics, order the adequate parts, and install them properly. His prices are fair because he takes the time to serve his costumers. If youre looking for a very cheap, very fast, and very unreliable repair... this is not for you. But, if youre looking to maintain your electronics for longer than 6 months. This is your best option.

Raul never even took time to take info for a repair, when I tried to call back he never answered the phone!!!!! DONT WAIST THE CALL!!!

I took my Sony DVD home theaterDVD in because it was not working and was charged 20 dollars to examine. A day later I was notified that a electronic tablet had burned out n it would be expensive n hard 2 locate and would have to order it from Eroupe. I then went in picked up my Sony theater system and took it to the PawnShop and they examined it for me and it worked just fine a turned out my speakers were plugged in wrong. I.believe they thought I wasnt gonna pick up system n leave it there. I do not recommend this shop to anyone please be aware.

Because of a power outage our TV went out. They came to pick it up repaired it and we have had no problems ever since. I would use them again

If i could give one star i would. This is the worst company ever they cut corners and broke my equipment. Very unexperienced
