From the moment I called Robert for information about his services, he was very friendly and helpful. He sharpened all 9 of my mothers knives while we waited for a very reasonable price. Bring some bandaids in case you mishandle your newly sharpened knives!

I have a set of kitchen knives that I needed to have the edges rehabilitated on. Robert finished them up in about 20 minutes, back to razor sharp. Thank you. He also sharpens scissors, garden tools, surgical instruments, straight razors, etc.

I have been bringing my clipper blades and scissors for sharpening and my clippers serviced with Robert for a few years now and he has always done a great job. He has saved several of my blades when I thought they were beyond sharpening. I groom my own standard poodles (7 total) and I can’t have but the best maintained equipment and he does the job.

Im a stylist and I brought in my 2 pairs of shears to be sharpened. at first glance they were ok but after using them on a few clients Im disgusted by the condition. these are very expensive nice shears and now they bend the hair, they dont cut, and I have to use a lot more pressure than before to even get a semi straight line in the hair.

This is a small business run by a nice enough gentleman on the 2nd floor of a strip mall. I had a dozen of knives to be honed - straight and serrated kitchen knives, and pocket knives. Not my really good ones, because I wanted to test this place first. Unfortunately, my knives were handled quite unprofessionally, and came back in deplorable condition, rough on the edges, with visible grooves, and unpolished. One of them - an Italian navy foldable with an edged tip (think of a Samurai sword tip) - was ground into a rounded tip shape, and ruined beyond recovery. I left it on the spot as is was rendered useless. I am certain that I will not take my business there again
