I requested a private investigator to gather some information for my company, he agreed and accepted the assignment. He even told me he would have report by weeks end. Weeks end came and went, I called, emailed and left voicemails (the mailbox was full) after I was told report was ready. No response, it has been two months. No call back. No emailed response. Poor communication, not professional.

UPDATE: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.I SPENT HOURS TRYING TO GET THEM TO CALL ME BACK AND THEY REFUSED. AFTER ACCEPTING THE JOB, CONFIRMED RATE OF PAY, RECEIVED ALL DATA FOR THE CASE, THEY JUST DECIDED THEY WERE NOT GOING TO DO IT AND THEY DID NOT INFORM US UNTIL 1PM WHEN THE JOB WAS TO BEGIN AT 7AM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - STAY AWAY - RUN RUN RUN. YOU WILL REGRET HAVING ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM. Right now I am very very disappointed in the service and lack of communication. My rating may change depending on if I ever hear back from anyone. Javier was supposed to start a case for us this morning and send us shots and communicate every hour and we have not heard from him at all and no-one answers the phones and the 2 numbers they have you call if you need someone immediately - 1 doesnt let you call it and the other the voice mail is full. This is not a good way to run a business.

Don’t trust them unless you want to get sued yourself. They came to my parents house to take my aunt papers to go to court. The first thing dude is she doesn’t live here and she hasn’t lived here for over 5 years dude. We didn’t open the door because we know why you were here and she doesn’t live here and my mom has already told you that when you called. Because we didn’t open the door they scratched my dads car on the way out. This is illegal and we know it’s you because it says on the internet that you do serving of papers and we called around and it’s the same voice on the phone as the dude who’s been calling my mom. Maybe you can hire me as an investigator since I found where you work. Now you can get sued and so can the person that hired you. You owe us $500 to fix our car that you scratched. So I hope that was worth the pennies they pay you get to take papers to someone. If you knew what you were doing you’d know she lives in Juarez and hasn’t lived here for more then 5 years. Our lawyer already told us you can’t serve her in Juarez so leave our family alone. They will call you from a private number to and not leave a message. You are responsible for what you did dude. They want to sue my aunt for nothing well now they can get sued and you can to. You had no right to touch my dads car because we didn’t open the door dude. You were on private property and just cuz you didn’t get you’re way you scratch my dads car. She doesn’t even live here mr. talented guy. When the courts open up we are reporting you to the judge.

I came to El Paso because I needed to find someone who ripped me off for a lot of money. I knew he was in El Paso Texas so I went to find him there. I couldn’t find him myself because the address I got was wrong. I called here to pay them to help me and I was told I needed to sign a paper in my email that they say they will send me. I didn’t get it and I think it was because they didn’t want to help me to find him, it was mother’s day and it was a good day to find him because he will be with his mom. I wasted my time going to El Paso for this because they didn’t send me the paper like they were supposed to. I tried to do it by myself but I had to go back home to where I’m from because I didn’t have anymore places to look. I think they didn’t want to help me because that is how I felt when I called. I do not suggest calling this place for help. Yes I was offering to pay them and stilltjry didn’t email like they say they will.

I regret not sticking to my first consultation with Valcor. I went back to hire Valcor. They are very professional, clear on explaining things to you, kind, willing to work with you and very helpful. They really take the time to try to get you what you are asking for. They make you feel like your specific case matters and always available for your questions.
