I will give my cable before I give up my exterminator. He is responsive. I had a small issue, he developed a solution, and no issues. My dogs love him. He takes care of both the inside and outside - and garage. I know it works because my neighbor says they have an big issue in the yard but whatever he does keeps it from coming over to our house. Reasonably price too. He comes monthly.
