!! Read !! About 9 months ago I paid approximately $1000 for a service they have not executed. Every time I called it was the same story and they still have not delivered my product or returned my money. I just noticed im not the first customer to go through this scam. If you are a victim of this company do something now before we have other victims. You can begin by contacting the BBB Better Business Bureau online and submitting a complaint (don’t wait). We need businesses we can rely on and not the ones that steal from us, money is earned through hard work.

This has got to be the absolute WORST surveying company I’ve ever worked with. My client and I have been trying to close on a property and they have prolonged the survey for almost two months!!! Every time I call, they said “it’ll be ready today” but then they never deliver it. Sick of all the lies! BE PROFESSIONAL!UPDATE: I did NOT write this in mistake. I have more than one Gmail account, so that’s that on that. Still the worst place ever, and my review isn’t going anywhere. :)

I have called several times trying to get an estimate and no one ever gets back to me. Very unprofessional.

I have been trying for about a year to get this company to give me an estimate on a survey of my land near Van Horn . Ive emailed the information they requested several times and they NEVER contact me. Terrible company. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Have been waiting for at least 3 weeks for Larry to contactme to survey 3 acres. I sent him maps, legal descriptionand nothing . I sent him emails and no response. The ladysurveyor there keeps telling me someone(Larry will call Me)but hasnt happened yet. I will give nothing but bad recommedationsabout this business. They have made me waste a lot of time bykeeping me thinking they would get back to me.I guess they have a lot of business doing big jobs and notime for small surveys like 3.5 acres. I wonder if boss knowsabout this. God, I hope Larry is not the boss!!

Over a month and still cant provide any documentation of work they performed. Every week I call they say it will be done today a month later and still nothing but they did charge in one day

Been waiting over two weeks for someone to work on my quote for a simple acre of land. Told 5 different times they would call me back with something shortly just to receive crickets from my phone.Then when I FINALLY get a chance to speak to the quote guy, he is busy having a personal phone call that is more important than getting business.Receptionist is nice though.

Larry has been working with us here at Lower Valley Housing for over 20 years. We have him help us with all stages of our developments. When we are ready to develop a large piece of land he works with our engineer to help us divide the land into sections. And he helps us create our plot plans, and our boundary surveys and improvement surveys. We are very happy with the work he has done for us, and continues doing for us in these large scale projects. And we will continue using Land-Mark Surveying far into the future.

Would not even give an estimate. I sent several emails no response. I went to their office talked to a guy who was friendly and took my information he said they would call me. I waited a week no call back I sent another message to inquire again still no response... 2 weeks later still nothing

I have worked with Larry for at least 25 years. He and Bob provide the most complete and thorough surveys and information for us here at our engineering firm. The whole staff is exceptional there at Land-Mark. I have been very happy working with them over the years.

I have been trying to get a quote from this company for the past month. I tried to speak with Larry, one of the surveyors and he refuses to take any of my calls. When I got upset because of the situation, the receptionist just hung up on me. This place is very unprofessional, not friendly, and not helpful. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
