If it were possible to give a -5 rating, it’s exactly what I would have rated this company. The company itself has little to no customer service experience, nor does it have the knowledge required to run a business like this one. Incredibly unprofessional and minimal knowledge of coding and billing. The service is questionable and appears shady, for lack of a better word, in their response to producing DME product. I had a referral that was approved since July and here it is December (5 months later). Laziness and simple disregard for patient care appears to be the pillars of what this company is built on. It is absolutely embarrassing the way business is conducted here. Beware and if possible go somewhere else! There is another company in NM that has suburb customer service and is willing to do more than the bare minimum. Run far away from this company if at all possible! Completely disgusted with the type of service this company provides (or in this case, does not know HOW TO provide). Any insurance who chooses to do business with this company should beware of the sketchy type of staff and business model it is founded upon.

This is the place for you. All the staff here is very gracious, friendly, kind,patient but most of all warm hearted people that really want to help.

I have stopped by a few times. My experience has not been good first experience was very long time to get my 2006 dodge van fixed. Second experience was for my truck they werent able to diagnose problem and not able to fix just dont have the knowledge. Third experience was to leave my number and tech would call me back well still waiting for call... just dont think they care about the disabled community here in el paso tx...
