Great gym, staff, and members. Recommend to anyone.

I am trying to cancel my membership and they never answer the phone, they don’t answer emails, and you have to cancel it in person but there are never employees at the gym to help. The equipment is old and fixing it takes months. The employees do not care about the gym and the owner has clearly forgotten about his business. I have never had such bad customer service. Many pieces of equipment are broken or squeaky and the whole gym feels cheap. As someone who has gone to this gym for 5 years I can say it is far from where it started. Find another gym.

Do not sign up for this gym. Employees are never there. Equipment are completely old. AC is never on. Dumbbells are literally coming apart. Equipment is missing. Not worth it at all

The staff is very professional and welcoming.

There is a young staff by the name of Liz, she is very friendly and her customer service deserve to be recognized. She took time to give us a tour and very knowledgeable. Facility was very clean and smell cleaned too. Definitely recommending this facility. Ask for Liz (Manager), she will attend you with the highest professional attentive attitude.

Great place to workout. It is open 24-hour and has easy access, along with plenty of equipment for everyone. I would strongly recommend to anyone who wants to start their fitness journey since it has a friendly and welcoming environment. It is also equipped for those who want to further pursue their fitness goals since it has an abundant of weights and variety of workouts for whatever workout enthusiast.

I was looking for an alternative to going to the gyms on post that was closer to the house and didnt close do early on the weekends. This place is great (Ive only used the location on Edgemere). The staff seems to be always cleaning so it is immaculate inside. There is a surprising variety of equipment and weights, something I was worried about since it was smaller than the gyms on post. Since people can work out at any time, it is rarely full so you can almost always get the equipment you want right away. It seems petty, but Im happy to report I never see people taking up equipment but just sitting there on their phone. Absolutely pet peeve and I havent seen that in the month Ive been going. I highly recommend Snap Fitness!

Was a good clean gym, missing equipment and broken equipment takes 4 weeks to even address... has lost the cleanliness and equipment needs repairs

I love going to snap! Its never full or overcrowded like other places Ive been to, I can go in and get my workout down with no problems at all, love it best decision I ever made when I signed up!

Owner is distant and it shows. Could use some TLC. Convenient and comfortable.

Decently clean place. Not too crowded in the morning. It has a pretty average price range for membership, but packages can be pretty confusing. You will never know the staff member working because they dont where Snap Fitness red shirts.

Liz is really friendly and very helpful. Always clean. And always open, for when need to fit a workout out into a busy schedule.

This is a really nice gym to workout in, from beginner to expert. this is by far the best choice. Members are very respectful and the staff is always willing to help you out. The facility is always clean and although its a small gym, you dont have to wait for the equipment you need to use. Theres maybe one or two meat heads that growl all the time but nothing a pair of headphones cant take care of. Unlike EP fitness or Planet Fitness, this gym is designed with a members first metality. A little pricey but worth every dime, going on a year now and planning to stick around as long as the atmosphere remains the same.

Good clean gym, friendly staff, other gym goers tend to mind their business. The metal bar clips always tend to go missing after a few days of them getting more though :/

Priced well but not many locations. Good if you live next to one and plan and always going to that one.
