Rick has done nothing short of going above and beyond for me. I told him I want to be strong but aesthetic.. He offered me a great rate on my membership and training. First day, Rick helped me get the kid set up to do some homework and we got to training. He didn’t hover over me for my entire session but was also keen to make that I was using challenging weights with proper form.. he didn’t let me take alternatives or the easy way out because I was sore or with fatiguing muscles. He said to keep going, so I did. The people are encouraging and helpful. It’s a high energy and positive atmosphere.. it takes a certain type of person to gravitate towards the environment here and I love it.!!! I’m excited for what is ahead.!!

Awesome gym, great atmosphere, personal training, supplements, apparel. As they say Its the house we built. I had a free day to try it out and there I was signing up. Well worth the price.

It’s just crazy to me, how nice and kind the owner of this place is. The gym has everything you need. It seems really good organized and clean. The vibes of the place are amazing! The energy of the place it’s really strong and make you feel confident. If you work out here, for what I have seen, you’ll get where you want. Badass gym!!!

I have been training with Rick on and off since 2015. I always end up going back because I see amazing results with him. As long as you are dedicated you WILL see results. The new location is amazing and very spacious. The gym members are also so motivating, and everyone just gets along there.

Rick takes the time to listen to your goals and makes sure you stay accountable to them. Brought my son to get ready for basketball season and he has improved his mindset as well as his stamina. Highly recommended!

I’m not one for over crowded gyms. Has plenty of space and equipment to get your workout done without waiting on equipment or being under someone’s armpit. Personal training is 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Results are amazing.
