We received the up most services with Spectrum. They work diligently to fix any issue we have. Great pricing on everything. We were very well taken care of. All around awesome company that know what theyre doing, not to mention thier staff. They are very responsive and help ful.

Its a total mess. The call backs are endless. Weve been with them for more than eight years, but every time we call its like theyve never serviced our account. Total train wreck lately, nothing but band-aids. They keep their best techs way too busy and leave the rest of us to suffer. Even for simple new user setups. Imagine cold calling every time you needed help. Its an office joke now really. They wont respond if you try to let them know either. This is being posted as a last resort, we are already researching other services. Id keep moving along unless your are a mega size corporation, school, or similar.Update 01-29-21: Account Management Team never did reach out. Weve since canceled our service with Spectrum Technologies.

From day one I felt comfortable with this company. Everything was very well explained and until this day I havent had any issues on my services. All I can say is if you are looking for a company to help you with your business this is a great place to start.
