Has a lot to offer. The only thing thats annoying is some the vendors bother you trying to their services/wares even when youre clearly not interested. All the current upscale stores and such can be found here and lot of specialty boutiques as well.

Terrible procedures. Mixed bag of employees. The front handlers can be really rude, dismissive and indifferent. They should have kept this store closed after covid. The act of taking appointments is ridiculous - Its just to make you feel better. When you get to the store, there is already a huge line with no sense of prioritization. A 30min to 1hr issue is just as important as the 5min replacement of a defective mouse. This place is a stain on Apples supposedly great customer service... just make the appointment and go as soon as you have a couple of hours to waste...

Decided not to get my battery replace but service was excellent here. I was immediately checked in. I was late but they still helped me and was super nice about it, helps a lot when you come in very flustered. The rep who worked on my phone was super helpful kind patient and cleaned my phone. Thanks guys!!!

I had to pick something up here, it was my first time ever.Didn’t know I had to sign in- there were no signs and I couldn’t identify who was an Apple employee for their dark colored shirts.I ended up having a panic attack as I’ve waited 2 hours as no one attended me except the police who noticed right away.I genuinely didn’t know I had to sign in! It was not in my intention as I KNEW what I came here for. Plus it didn’t tell me online that I had to sign in. Left a review via Apple too.No one ever came to ask if I’ve been helped.Please make it more noticeable, ADA friendly, inclusive for all new customers.

After driving 45 minutes, which is WHY I called first, I get to the store only to be told they don’t carry refurbished iPads.Really???

I have visited this location 3 times this year.The staff is Rude, No Knowledge what’s so ever.Customer Service and staff needs major improvement, they show great amount of attitude. I had been having trouble with my iPhone X’s reception and it seemed like a great excuse to get the 12 Pro, it took two trips to the Apple store but not because of Apple, ATT seems to be running their 611 help line with their 3rd string employees and the Apple employee and yours truly could not get ATT to update my “911 emergency address” as they were requesting prior to allowing me to change phones.After 45 minutes with the ATT rookie squad on the phone and on their app I just left. I tried 3 more times from home and finally got it done.Once again I returned to the Apple store and picked up were I left off, the Apple crew has so much patience and a great sense of humor, I appreciate it.Phones and phone plans are sooo expensive, the service has to be on point or you go elsewhere without hesitation.Apple store wins the day.

I have called three times now to speak about a repair (on different days), each time I have been told by an automation that all specialists are busy and put on hold. After waiting for 8 minutes the call is dropped without warning. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I cannot simply go to the store. I am very frustrated with this gap in customer service. Answer your phone. My phones battery is expanding and has become a fire risk and cant get anyone to talk to me.

I brought my new iPhone 12max to have the display fixed and I have AppleCare+. Christian the technician with glasses had no empathy and talks very condescendingly. He said my AppleCare+ doesn’t cover scratches, only if it is cracked. So basically he’s saying I have to come back and break my phone in order for my warranty to cover the display. It’s so hard to come by people with great customer service these days and better ways to explain. I wouldn’t have gotten AppleCare+ if they want to be stingy about a deep scratch vs cracked screen

I made an appt for a battery change and a new screen. I went in and they didn’t have the part. So I waited a week and finally my part was in. When I came back to get my phone they said they were not able to repair it because the tabs on the battery were gone. However, after they disassembled it to find this out and then reassembled it, they put it back together wrong and my home button wouldn’t work. I pointed this out to them and they immediately tried to sell me a brand new phone. After I declined that they told me that they would not fix what they broke because it was a “hazard” to their technicians to take the phone back apart and the document that they made me sign when I dropped the phone off says that they aren’t liable for any damage they cause.Total BS, I not fixing the original issue because of your policies, and even though it’s irritating to have waited that long to be told no. You should still hold yourself to giving the customer back their device in at LEAST as a good of condition as when they dropped it off. Not worst.Never going back there again. I suggest that all of you find a local shop that can do the work, better, faster, and cheaper, and will stand behind their work.

Always excellent service and experience. My MacBook Pro wasn’t working from one day to another. Was able to get an appointment within hours. Was analyzed and shipped off for repairs that same day and 5 days later, including weekend, it was ready for pickup! Apple Care covered everything! Perfect and super quick!

I had a pretty good experience coming here. Had an issue with my iPhone and they resolved it super quickly with a replacement, no hassling since it was still under warranty. Some of the employees are really good and others have terrible people skills. Other then that it was a good experience.

Apple is the worst. Get a Samsung S8+ or higher. You wont regret it. My phone is 2+ years old and its still operating like I just got it. I have the S8+. Shy get a product that is gonna make you have an appointment, and still charge you $600 to fix an old device? Just get a Samsung. Any tech Apple has, weve had for 2+ years or more.

Went to repair my phone, but it had internal damage so they had to completely replace my phone. I waiting almost two hours for them to help and then only to get a replaced phone that over heats the battery. So now I have to go back and replace the one I received. 🙄 and wait another two hours just to get helped.

This is the worst apple store I’ve been to. Went to get display module fixed under the extended warranty free of charge. They said my iPhone X was bent and they were unable to do the service but would be happy to get me a different phone for 549$. The phone wasn’t bent prior to me bringing it in. I’ve never had any problems with apple until I came to this one. They want to swindle you out of money as much as they can. Go elsewhere

Its such a great store but the worst staff and management Ive been around. The store is overstaffed and yet theres a 4 hour wait for a decent resolution. What really also hurts the store that most of its clientele only speaks Spanish and the staff refuses to speak to them in Spanish, when clearly theyre are staffed with bilingual staff in Spanish. This store can clearly use a culture change. It is a very toxic environment to walk in to.

I bought an iPhone X that was not working properly and was given another phone... didn’t come in a box like before. This one looked refurbished. When I got the new phone I went back having encountered similar issues. It was defective as well and when I went they said that since the phone was exchanged due to defect, the second phone doesn’t have the 1 year warranty that apple go by when purchasing a new one. Very deceptive and I feel I got robbed for $1200

Wish we had another apple store, went in to have camera cleaned out on my IPhone X. First of all it shouldn’t be getting dust/dirt in. Anyways, they took it in, quoted me it will be done in 2 hours. I come back in two hours and was told 15 more minutes. 45 minutes pass by and they are running post diagnostics. Finally get my phone and leave. As soon as I get home I notice the dust in the exact same spots it was in before! Guess they didn’t do anything or opened my phone for no reason.

Excellent customer service. Had my iPhone battery replaced. My Genius appointment was on time, diagnostics confirmed need to replace battery, and battery was replaced - all done in about one hour. Each of the four Apple Store employees I worked with were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

This place has the worst customer service. About 10 representatives standing around having personal conversations and horse playing instead of assisting customers. I waited and waited to get assistance to get a laptop so I could pay for it. No assistance at all, their personal conversations were more important than assisting customers. I walked away and got the laptop at Best Buy with a minute to close, and they went above and beyond to assist me. It took me less than 10 minutes to get the product I wanted while the Apple store at Cielo Vista wasted my time. Stay away from this Apple store. By the way the manager was so busy he did not have time for me.

If I can give this store ZERO stars I would...I went in today because the buttons on my iPhone leather case were ungluing (only had the case for about 6 weeks) the first rep tells me that I have to wait in line to see a genius...I wait... and finally I see rep 2 and she tells me “oh this is something our sales associates can take care of for you” she went on to saying to go back to rep 1 and he can help me replace the case (they have 1 year warranty on craftsmanship issues) THEN I explained to rep 1 the situation AGAIN and he looks lost trying to get someone else to help me!!!! At this point I’m really frustrated... the guys has me waiting for over 30 mins (he could have helped me, he had no customers at all) FINALLY the sales associate shows up and I explain myself again... he doesn’t even look at the case and tells me Oh its wear and tear we can’t replace that. I was so mad I just had to walk out because I was gonna tell him off!! NEVER BUYING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!*******UPDATE********I had to call apple customer service to file a complaint. The person I spoke with over the phone was really nice and understanding and even had me send her pictures of the case. She told me, they should of just replaced the case at the store, because it was defective. So she noted my file for the store replace my case.

Just walked in for questions about problems with my phone. It was suggested that I set an appointment, I did. Wait time was 1 to 1 1/2 hours. 30 minutes later I was having my phone diagnosis done. Im very upset at this store service, management and overall at Apple. My family has been a loyal customer of this company but first time we have an issue (not caused by the user) and they dont step up and even act in a shady manner to avoid fixing the iPhone or replacing it. For the people not aware, some iPhone 7s came out defective from the factory, the IC audio Chip that is in charge of receiving feedback from the microphones is faulty and prevents the user from hearing the person on the other side and them from hearing you. Along with this theres no sound when recording videos or voice memos. This issue has been experienced by several users (you can read about it on the apple support community forum or macrumors) with few of them getting their phones replaced. But I made an appointment to get this diagnosed and even though they got the diagnosis of the IC chip issue, they simply told me they could not fix it for free because the problem was caused by my phone being a little bent. My phone is definitely not bent, Ive taken good care of it and even used a level tool to verify it. The issue started when I updated to the latest iOS version, before that it was working fine. Still they wont replace or fix it. This is definitely my last iPhone, at least Samsung was good enough to replace all their phones for free when they had their battery issues. Apple doesnt like to admit they did something wrong, typical.

Wasted an entire afternoon in Apple. Wifes phone needed a new battery. 3 hours later they say a screw is messed up but will replace the phone. We needed to back up data, and they did not offer any help and were rude. Had to solve all data issues ourselves, including connecting back to the cell phone service provider. Didnt care about getting a new phone; just wanted a new battery. Store completely understaffed! So many customers awaiting service and too few employees on shift. Typical El Paso customer service mentality. If youre going to waste an entire afternoon, might as well drive to Albuquerque and enjoy the attractions there.

IF you ever are in need of apple services for your computer or to fix anything on any of your apple products, expect a VERY long and frustrating process at this location! This Apple store usually has no less than 15 employees on hand and very few people who work in the Genius Bar. They are quick to ask you what you need but rarely follow through. Minimum wait is 30 minutes for anything. 50% of the staff do not know what theyre doing. I asked to be shown the features of the new OS 10.8, and the lady was lost. I needed help with my MacBook and was told the earliest they could help me was in 2.5 hours. Could they notify me of any earlier cancellations? No, we dont do that. Meanwhile, there were about 10 employees wandering around the store doing nothing. I see customers are valuable to this corporation! It amazes me that those people couldnt take over some of the minimal tasks so that those employees who know what theyre doing can be freed to help the dozens of customers at the genius bar.I love Apple products, but am serious considering switching over to Windows because of this FRUSTRATING and horrible experience with their customer service.

Service was good, they were polite and friendly; they just took way to long to help us, we waited 2 and a half hours yesterday and at the end they made us come back today because they could not reach the supervisor. Today even though we had a scheduled appt already it took them 20 more mins for them to be able to start helping us at the genius section, but once they started they were efficient and helpful.

I took in my laptop (Macbook Pro) and the guy was very patient until he figured it out as well. I am on the verge of going back to a PC but I think the service I got might be enough to go ahead and get the latest iMac. Program was Capture One.

I’ve always been a fan of Apple . Can’t complain about my iPhone l, but I can complain about my beats headphones 3. One of the worst headphones I’ve ever purchased. I’ve visited this store (Cielo Vista) about 5 times within the last 4 Months because of my Beats headphones losing signal and turning off within 15 mins into my workout. The first three times I was told they had been sent to manufacturer for repair which on my third visit I found out that was not true by the employee herself at Apple. She told me they had never been looked at all. Management finally replaced my beats headphones on my 3rd visit and what do you know less than 3 weeks later they started to do the same thing. On my 4th and 5th visit I was told by the employee that management has done everything they could regarding my issue & to consider selling my beats to someone , to make up for the money I spent for them. Like really? I couldn’t quite believe what I was hearing. Sell someone my headphones which are defective?? Instead of asking me maybe for a possible upgrade to the Air pods (which I was willing to pay for) they basically told me they couldn’t do anything else. I highly do not recommend the beats headphones, I’ll never purchase them again!!As far as for the employees knowledge, I ask them how is that my $10 headphones from Walgreens work fine and they don’t turn off during my workout but with these beats 3 even on my second pair they still turn off? They could not answer that question for me. It’s Ridiculous .On a side note , I understand you have to setup an appointment to see a specialist about any questions or concerns. But you can’t setup an appointment to pick up your product? You have to wait til they’re ready to see you. That’s makes no sense!

I get that some people have other tech problems that were greater then mine, and that’s maybe the reason why it would take longer for them to fix a device. But I got my iPad fixed within a few minutes. The staff was nice and professional, store was well maintained and everything. I especially liked one of the employees that helped me. I made multiple calls to get a new battery I was disconnected 3 times. I walked in and they where not able to assist me at the time. I made an appointment with the Genius Bar. The took a small light and determined the water sensor was triggered and they will not change the battery, but if I’d like to purchase a whole new phone they had some.5:43 I got back my phone from an authorized I phone dealer. Battery changed and surprise no water damage. I guess it’s hard to tell if there is water damage by flashing a camera phone light it the slot your SIM card is inserted into.

The Genius Bar service is horrendous. I went to get the battery replaced for my iPhone 6s, and I didn’t even get any service for both of the times I was there. People who came after me got to the service first and left me to wait another aditional hour until we had to tell them we had a reservation. The person in charge went to the back and never returned. Don’t waste your time here, incompetent staff with slow customer service. It’s a shame there’s only one Apple store.

Should have listened to the reviews! Worst customer service ever!!! Not only was I ignored but I had phoned the store earlier and asked if I needed to make an appointment to have my phone repaired. The employee said no we take walk ins daily. When I arrived I was told they were booked for the night!! So why tell the public you take walk ins and no appointment is necessary?! Then I was told their next available appointment was December 1st!!! Oh but you can come in any other night as a walk in and we can help you!! Agh!! All of this was for the same problem. The first two times I went, to have the battery looked at, the wait was decent and the staff were very helpful/professional. the third time I went, to actually turn in my MacBook Pro to have the battery replaced, the employee taking names before the store opened told me I would receive 4 texts, only got 2. then, after waiting about an hour I went back up to him and he asked me where I went, I was outside sitting in the chairs. While I was talking with him I received 4 more texts. then I waited over an hour at the genius bar for them to take my mac. Some days are good, some not so much.

Next day they sent me home cause I dont have enough storage to back it up and it clearly backed up the night before. So I backed it up AGAIN and they sent me home AGAIN. Finally they switched out my phone after I had to buy storage. These employees are very rude and dont care about any phone issues, more then likely you know more about your device than anyone working there.

The store folks are great! Only 2 vs. 5 stars as the stupid computer who answers the phone is as inept as siri is! It is very complicated to get through to someone in the store. First try to connect to store was sent to oblivion. Second call went to an unanswered phone line which eventually went to oblivion!!
