If I could rate them 0 stars I would. This place is a fraud. They removed the OS on my computer and also sold us a subscription for Trend Micro anti-virus. But it appears they sold this same subscription to 4 other people. On my computer under other devices covered by subscription I can see 4 other people that are unrelated to me. I was unable to deactivate these other devices because the email used to register these devices is this companys email. My husband attempted to call this place to speak to the manager but Kathy the owner refused to come to the phone. We were able to fix the problem after calling the anti-virus company directly. But you should definitely steer clear from this low corrupt place. Im posting these pictures so that these other people can go get their own anti-virus subscription. I will no longer be paying for your sub.

Took my laptop for startup issues. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my laptop issue within a week and even restored some files I thought I had lost. Took a PlayStation to get thoroughly cleaned due to it overheating constantly. Took it home still overheated turns out It needed a new fan so had to pay additional for that repair, perfect! That was our next option had cleaning it not worked. Had to wait a week for it to get in after they ordered it. My son tried his best to be patient having to wait finally got word the fan was going to be replaced and we’d be able to pick up the console next day or two. Once we took it home there was an error and nothing was working, updating or downloading. We took it back to the shop only to be told a disc was entered incorrectly and it messed up the lens. We were told that it must have been my sons error when he put in a game which was inaccurate since we had it for no more than 30 minutes and he plays online games. Turns out someone who tested the console was the one who put a disc in backwards. They offered to fix the issue and see what they could do. Which we were thankful for but three day’s turned into another week with absolutely no solution or answer and it was still being ran through diagnostics. It was already about three weeks that we had to have this PlayStation in this repair shop. I had to purchase another console because this one was completely broken and didn’t want to even update. Thankfully I was given a full refund but here I am 300 dollars down the drain. Just be very aware of what steps are being taken to repair any electronics. Thankfully it was not a hassle to receive a refund I just wish more care was taken in fixing something of value.

We Fix Computers was very helpful and honest throughout the whole experience. They tried their best to bring my computer back to life but when the expenses of fixing it were too much for me to proceed they simply returned me my initial payment, which I really appreciated. I paid $200 to get my hinges replaced. They broke the palm rest in the process of fixing it and had the audacity to ask for another $100 to replace something they broke. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is a scam!

The computer seemed clean but there were smudges allover the screen. If i was cleaning a computer id at least wipe the screen last for presentation purposes. It makes a good impression on the customer as they cannot see inside the computer to inspect it - thats the whole purpose they come to you - to reach and clean inside where they cannot. I also asked them to clean the mouse - and i doubt they even touched it. I asked the tech about it and she didnt give a straight answer and replied with its fine. Also the wait time was very long, like 2 weeks.

Phone inquiry was great. I head to their shop and they re easy to deal with. The Bottom line is, initial phone inquiry got them my business and furthermore they are legit I.T. people.

Took my lap top to get a keyboard problem repaired in November 2020,computer was being used with a blue tooth keyboard,gave approval for part to be ordered,2months later no part, was very patient, let them re-order part, when it came in they installed it, keyboard still not operating,at this point personal told me they couldnt repair it, I was ok with that, when I got it back it wouldnt turn on at all, thought they left something unplugged, let them look at it again, fast forward to Feb 2021personal still couldnt give me a straight answer, worst part they couldnt figure out why it wouldnt turn on, at this point, personal told me they could fix it but it was going to cost to have it looked at it any further! I said No Ill just pick it up, when I get there the lady pulls it out of what looks like a junk pile and the case was scratched! The lady I spoke with told me they had turned the computer on when I picked it up the first time, so I asked if she could please show me the video on her security camera where they did, but was told they couldnt.

Free diagnostic they only charged me for part and labor! Highly recommend!

Took two custom computers for a bios update, it took a week and didnt get a call, went to pick them up and they dropped the side panel infront of me, scratched all up, and charged me 95 dllrs for diagnostics wich wasnt even a full diagnostic since they didnt even post, they literally left them in worse condition

Called in today to get a price on getting a part installed on my computer, part number in hand, pc serial number in hand, diagnostic results from manufacturer in hand... asked for a price, the associate states we need to keep your computer to look at it for at least 24 hours before we can quote I proceed to ask the reason, to which he states I cant quote unless I know the parts Ill need, every computer is different I told him I have the exact part number, he responded I would still need it at least 24 hours to look at it before I give out a quote I explained to the representative that the computer in question is one heavily used in my retail space and I couldnt wait 24 hour minimum for a quote I even explained that I could literally deliver the computer, with part in hand to start the work as soon as possible. He stated no, I need 24 hours with your computer to look at it before I can give you a quote Long story short dont take your computers here, something really off putting about someone wanting to keep your computer to look at it for at least 24 hours even though they are being handed the part you need installed....Labor is a fixed rate per unit of time, parts are a fixed rate (mind you I was providing my own parts) why would you need 24+hrs to look at it Seems sketchy at best, steer clear.

Had a crack screen went to geek squad and they told me that they couldn’t fix it then I came here and they found the screen and fixed it right away with no issues. So thankful they helped me right away.

My experience here has been below satisfactory. Ive take a working computer to them to get some items replaced . No one called to give me updates on the progress of the work. After a over a month I called to find out that they are installing the old parts due to their incompetence. Ive worked with professional organizations before but this isnt far from professional. If you cant do the work, dont waste either of our time. This place is good for one thing. And that one thing is that they are located beside an ice cream parlor. WARNING DONT GO TO THIS PLACE YOY WOULD LEAVE UNSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!
