Do not under any circumstance bring you car here if you have an expensive car, dark/black paint or care about your paint in general. They do not know how to properly wash cars and will use nasty looking old rags on your car that will leave scratches everywhere. Just had my car paint corrected and looking flawless a week ago and now my car is full of scratches. Wish I would’ve never taken my car here. Not sure how it has good reviews, truly horrible quality of work.

I paid $50 for a hand wash, bug removal, and dry. Dirt and bugs are still on the truck and bed still has leaves and rocks in it. Employees were friendly and I wanted to leave a great review but as soon as I saw my truck I just couldn’t.

Very good for regular cars and trucks that can get through the automatic machine. They also offer other services for larger vehicles.

I paid to have my car detailed but they only did an ok job. I can tell they rushed because there were obvious parts inside where they didnt clean at all. A lot of cars were in line but maybe next time Ill just do it myself.

Beware. If you use the automated system they apparently have a problem with debris being able to infiltrate the dryer. 1 year old black Honda Ridgeline now has very small pits in the windshield which were probably blasted by the air dryer. Additionally there are swirl marks in the clear coat which will require detailing to remove. This business needs to check their air dryer and clean the filters.In response to the ownership request to inspect my vehicle, Im afraid thats not possible as it is now back in Houston. Nevertheless, I suggest the air blower be thoroughly inspected and cleaned

This is the best place to go and wash your car, is the best service I have ever had.. people are friendly, the owner its an amazing person. when he is there, you might not even notice, he is the owner, because he treat people same as he would like to be treated. Hes an amazing boss, he cares for his customers and employees. He helps donating money 2 a nonprofit organization. He explained, that El Paso Community Resource Council, helps youths, our youths, to go back to community. He encouraged others to help. This place has also a place for children to play. A nice place for people to wait for the cars. But the best of everything, this place give you a fair price. Definitely, I would recommend this place.

There service has gone down this last year and there prices have jumped up. I used to pay 20 hand wash with tire dressing and vacuum with air freshener . Now they want to charge me 27 because car was dirty from outside . It rained the day before and car is garage kept. Just go down the street or get a Craigslist guy to come wash it for 20 . Time to go elsewhere .

For $11 you can go elsewhere and get a better job done. They cleaned the outside of the car fine but did a bad job vacuuming inside and same goes for cleaning. Dont waste your time.

I have always gone to this car wash because of their thoroughness in cleaning the inside of the car...it wasnt the case this time. It wasnt cheap, $$$. I drove off and had to go back because they forgot to vaccum the console and ashtray. When I drove off again my windshield was smuggy. I stopped at a gas station and cleaned all the window and swept the back seats floor. I didnt care for this carwash this time. I found another one closer to home.

The setup may not look state of the art but after they are done with your car, you can tell they put great attention to detail and they work fast. Very good work.

Place is ok, not the best place but a positive is that they take most of the government and some of the law enforcement agencies within the are. They do good on the outside but usually the inside is left dirty. Ive not tried the detailing or any additional service they offer.

I wont be coming back here. I paid for a car wash plus the works, and they didnt Vaccum everything out of my car. Also not everything inside my car was wiped down. My car wasnt properly dried down after being washed. I never get my car wash, and do it myself. I decided today why not. This just reminds me why I dont go to car washes. Will not reccomed or go back.

This place is great and exactly what I had been looking for. Im upset that Ive lived in El Paso for almost four years now and just found it. So much better than those automatic touchless car washes that charge $10 and leave your car dirty. I will definitely be back again.

On Saturday the 15 I go wash my truck I waiting in line and the manager is comes and says what wash i say what do you have do have a price list so I say wash in and out 23 dollars okay.. A ford forte two door come in I ask why him frist its a rain check okay. My truck comes out the cup holder is dirty I ask can you clean it please sure but thats extra why in and out you said 23.. So on Wednesday I go back for rain check he says it didnt rain what please so false advertising too me..And I left so dont belive all that he says..

Horrible service. Took my three vehicles to be serviced. Spent over 400 dollars in one day. Got my truck back damaged and personal property stolen out of my truck. Also my truck was half assed cleaned. For that kind of money I expected better. I will not be returning to them ever.

I love how they clean the windows inside. Military discount, fast friendly service.Update.....new ownership, not recently but things have changed. Everytime I go now its a different price. They should have a menu of services so we know which one to pick. This time they added $4 for a hogwash because it snowed and my car was dirtier than usual. Its not like I drove it a long distance and had bugs on it and I certainly didnt take it off roading but they charged me even more for that. Ridiculous.....wish we had more options here.

Overpriced!! Paid $39 just so they can wash my truck on the exterior and wipe down my dash. Couldn’t believe it! And the exterior had oil marks on it I guess from their dirty cloths. Very disappointed. Really wanted a place close to home that I can take my truck to.

This place is a joke and has thieves working there! I had something stolen or lost from my car and they refused to replace it and never followed up with me to remedy the situation. we paid $14 for a half ass cleaning job, and to have my things stolen. never going here again!!

First, they told me a different price over the phone than when I arrived. Okay, maybe I wasn’t clear enough on the phone. After the “hog wash” I paid $18 for, the exterior of my car and windshield still has dirt on it. My car was vacuumed poorly, and nothing was wiped down whatsoever. I wouldn’t come back here, but they also honked at me to move while I was putting my child’s car seat back in. That was rude, and left a very poor taste in my mouth.
