Best service Ive ever had. I was looking for a limo for my sons prom and everyone was booked. City lights limousine came through and provided the best service i could ever ask for. The limo showed up on time as promised, 10 minutes early as a matter of fact. The driver, Jasmine, is awesome. She was very polite, courteous, friendly and welcoming. She made my son, his sister and their guests comfortable and held conversations with them. I highly recommend city lights limousine and definitely request Jasmine to be your driver. Unfortunately, I have to give this limo company a bad review. Rented a limo for my wedding on a hot day in May. The air conditioning wasnt working. I, my bride and my guests were sweating on our way to the reception! The driver was aware of our situation and didnt bother getting a replacement. After the wedding, I met with the manager, who said he would try to resolve the situation. I then received a call from the owner (lady). She basically denied that anything was ever wrong with the a/c. Did not offer to give me a refund. I went through the BBB. The owner negotiated in bath faith the entire time, basically stonewalling. I finally had to settle for a $100 refund. It is bad enough to have a faulty vehicle, but even worse to have bad service and on top of that to refuse to remedy the situation. I wish I had gone with another limo company. I wish I had been more direct with the driver about getting another limo and I wish I had called the company on the spot to get this resolved. But this was my wedding day, I got a million things to worry about and they are supposed to take care of you. Even if I had done all those things, based on my experience, they wouldnt have done anything to help me and done more to ruin my wedding day. Fortunately, they did not. Although the limo ride was the low point, the rest of the wedding went great and I was blessed with companies/owners who really took care of their companies. So please take my advice and take your business elsewhere!

Love this place, they provided excellent service and the drivers were very nice and accommodating.

We rented a ten passenger limo at very short notice. The representative that took the call was nice and my response time back with the contract information was fast. The prices were amazing and the vehicle was VERY clean. The driver was George, a Navy Veteran. He arrived early and was friendly. Once the evening got going there were a few hick ups, but George had a level head and a good plan. He took wonderful care of our children for Prom. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and courteous staff. Absolutely a very satisfied customer and will be using them for all our future events.

They definitely make the experience memorable. Always give you the VIP treatment. 😎

I had arranged for a limousine to pick up my husband and I after our wedding reception...they never showed. My maid of honor called the following day and was informed that there was no reason for this to have happened since all the information they needed was on file.4/16/17. I have used City Lights 3 times over the last 18 months for large VIP art tours that I organize, traveling from El Paso to/from Marfa, and then in/around Marfa for the duration of our stay. These are not just pick up & drop offs, these are multi-day trips with the same bus and driver staying with us in Marfa for 3 or 4 days straight. I have only the best things to say about City Lights, starting with the reservation process all the way through invoicing. Professional, courteous, on-time, knowledgeable about where theyre going and what theyre doing, this is a first-rate operation.
