Friends and family say I am the most patient person they know.Its been close to 2 years that I havent seen my vehicle. Ive been in touch with their regional manager, Mike Pecula, who has done ZERO to resolve this situation.I want my vehicle back and my money back!! This is unacceptable!DO NOT USE THIS AAMCO OR THE LANCASTER AAMCO. SAME OWNER.I give 1 star because Im still a nice guy.

I brought my car to do an IVC initial vehicle check, they said it will take a couple of hours and it did. They told me what I need to be done and it should not take more than 2 days, it is now 8 days. Every time I call to see whats going on tell me they are trying to locate the part for my car. But they had already giving me a price for fixing. I have to keep calling them or show up to there business. It is very frustrating now that I looked and yelp and other reviews and other people had the same problem and keep the cars for days, weeks and months. I pray that doesnt happens to me. Im female trying to get my car fix and I think they telling me anything. I just call today at to speak to Mike and the person who answered the phone he will have him call me back and I still havent got a call back. I gave them a $500 deposit to get started. I guess I need to file something with the BBB.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Took vehicle in and I kept getting the run around. They had it for a month! Then to top it off when it was finally returned to me (did I mention a month later?) it broke down with the SAME PROBLEM...TWO DAYS LATER! Drive by at take a look at all the cars just sitting around. Be careful that they don’t up charge you like they did me. I asked for lowest quote and was charged next level up. Never agreed to it but they say I did orally over phone. THE EPITOME OF SCAM ARTISTS!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is an absolute joke. Had to take our truck back after the first time they fixed it. I was told it would be finished before Christmas or possibly right after Christmas last year. It is February 14 and they still have it. I have to call the managers cell phone because their number goes to an AAMCO in Tustin. I have been told tomorrow for three weeks now. This is a work truck and I am losing money everyday. Absolute incompetence....I have yet to get my truck back.

This AAMCO location is under new management! Looks like they are trying to really get this thing into a professional looking AAMCO, unlike before. Hopefully these guys can turn this place around. I’ve had a pleasant experience here at this AAMCO.

Michael is the man. Had some issues with this aamco at first but Michael pretty much held it all together. Give the dude a raise. I saw him dealing with super angry customers and he never once lost his cool. Would come back in the future

My car was given to me on March broke 6x this last time they had my suv for 10 days took it home Sat broke down same day. His response to me saying the car was there for 10 days he Michael said they can keep the car as long as they want they have no policies. I wish I would of read the these reviews before taking my suv to them regret it. I’m actually opening a case ASAP.

These guys took phenomenal care of me. Ran into some transmission issues on my 84 VW Vanagon and they had it towed to the shop within 20 minutes and fully fixed and road-ready within 2 weeks. Alex kept me in the loop on repairs, costs and testing throughout the entire process; both on his personal and work phone and I can confidently say I trust no one else more with my auto repair needs! Wouldnt waste your time or money anywhere else. Thanks Alex and team!

Worst service hit your cars scratch rims and never update info you have to be on them and dont want to be held responsible for messing up your cars specially that guy mike never know whats up with your car never answers at the end you pay alot of money and you get your cars worsethen how you brought it think about it

This place is horrible unorganized and very unprofessional. I would give them 0 stars if I could. AAMCO corporate offices should go and check up on all these smaller locations because this one has definitely failed to follow through with the AAMCO name as advertised. One bad apple does ruin everything. It does matter. Never again!

My check engine light has been on and off for months, finally it started flashing!!! I panicked and took my car to aamco and was met with a friendly employee named Michael. Michael ran several tests on my car, only to find out my spark plug case was missing a bolt!! This caused the car to think something was wrong, because the spark plug was not connecting. It was so simple and fast to get this repaired, now my car runs great again! Very satisfied and of the check engine light comes on again, I will feel comfortable taking my car back here.

I will recommend these guys to everyone! Great service and took care of my truck faster then expected. The biggest Plus was the financing. Im self employed and do not have the best credit. They still got me financed while fixing my transmission so no time was lost. Thanks Michael!

Mike and his crew are honest and they do great work. I cant say that about other AAMCOs however. This location will only replace what needs to be replaced. No random....unexplained cost. All work is guaranteed. I am a customer for life.

A Very nice guy runs the place, and that is not an issue. However, I probably would not recommend this facility to anyone. I have concerns about the quality of work performed. I took my 2001 Nissan there several weeks back to have the transmission rebuilt. They worked on the car for approximately 10 days which was fine because I was on vacation. I picked the car up and drove about 27 miles, then the transmission went out again. The car had to towed back to the repair shop at considerable expense and no allowance was made for that. The service manager told me that the transmission stopped functioning because the cooler was clogged with metal fragments that were previously undiscovered and that it had to be flushed out. This work took approximately a week including time spent by the shop test driving my vehicle around town. I picked the car up several days ago and now additional problems have surfaced. When the car is placed in park or neutral it makes a grinding noise, and frequenty when placed in reverse the engine stalls. Also the four-wheel-drive and gauge lever vibrates continuously and if engaged the indicator light no longer works. Overall, although the Manager is very courteous, the job should be done correctly the first time. The auto club warned me about going to this shop and suggested another location however I decided to go there based on AAMCOs reputation. Very disappointed. Update. It seems that although there are some disorganization and that the work quality may be lacking they are trying to work with me to resolve my problems

They constantly try to force unnecessary repairs on customers. They did it to me, and someone else I met. I sued them 2 years ago and won. They STILL havent paid me all that the court awarded me.Beware.If I could give them less than one star, I would. (NO stars!)

The hours at this location are Monday-Friday 08:00 AM-05:30 PM. I went in on Thursday May 29th, 2014. I arrived 10 minutes before 8 AM, only to find zero parking available. Every spot in the very small lot was taken up by some old heap or other car that needed to get worked on. I had to park in the alley where cars seemed to be constantly driving and having to swerve around me. I saw the shop owner arrive at 8:01 he walked passed my car didt even bother to say hello or good morning. He entered the location then locked the door behind him. At this point an older gentleman in a gray Honda arrived and had to park inside the driveway blocking the way entirely. At 8:05 a Hispanic man arrived and same thing walked past my car didt even bother to say hello or good morning nor did he say hello to the older gent in the grey Honda. But he did unlock he main door and begin to open all the garage doors. This is when I decided to enter the location to be helped. After 20 minutes no one came to great me or to even check in at the office. So I left, as I was leaving I noticed that the older gent in the grey Honda had not not helped either.

Spoke to Michael on Friday 7/10 at approx. 9am about my car trouble, he said I could bring it in the next day. We showed up Saturday 7/11 at 7:55am and waited 45 minutes before giving up and leaving. The guys there said Michael was the only person that could help us but he was a no show and completely wasted our time.

I had my clutch replaced November of 2015. When I got my car back the clutch did not work well for a few days. They told me that was normal. I have been around cars my entire life and know it was not normal, but it did work out with a week. A few months later I realized they never replaced my battery cover. Not a big deal, but was a bit shocked. Within two months of me replacing the clutch, my front end began making some noise. With the car having over 100,000 mile I figured it was the shocks or the cv joints. When I had an alignment done, I was told the cv joints looked fine, but the noise continued and got worse. A month ago, I was driving and the wheel began to act funny. I had my dad look at it and he found the I had lost the two subframe bolts on the right side. The only time the subframe bolts are taken out is when you replace the sway bar, drop the engine, or work on the transmission. I have very replaced the sway bar or had the engine dropped, but Ive had the clutch replaced. Upon replacing what I thought was only two subframe bolts, turned into three with the fourth one, about to fall out as well. If I had lost the fourth bolt, it could have beed devastating. I could have been killed and killed/injured others in the process. I will not be going back to this Aamco and I will not recommend anyone. Not having the subframe bolts in properly may have also been the reason I had issues with the clutch to begin with and I hope I did not do damage to it and have to replace it again.

They were very detailed oriented, very professional, experience and were able to solve the problem with my jeep which are known for check engine light problems but they found the problem and got it to pass those smog tests, its driving fine now.

A very bad service ..yebe my jeep to check the transmission and he said 1 one. And then the hour passed and I did not love to say if my car was ready ..Michael and my car was keed .. I recommend this at all place is pessimistic and unprofessional 👎👎👎👎 I give it 0000

My car has been here for almost 3 weeks ... when they said that it would only take two days to fix it ... and every day that we are going to ask they keep saying that they only need to run it ...took forever to get my car back
