This was first time here and let me tell you customer service was excellent. First of all I showed up late on a Sunday they close at 5 , I was there at 5:20 and the the older gentleman that was there opened the door for me and worked on my nails. He was also really fast and did an amazing job. I also thought the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back because of the excellent and friendly customer service. You should give them a try. Thank you .

We made appointment for pedi/manicure and a set of nails for my daughter, our appointment was at noon we arrived they have us to seat for 20-min then give us a seat for pedicure another 30-minutes passed until one of them made my pedicure, I asked for a basic one since it was all ready 1-hour after our appointment they just the price at $22, I get charged $37, just because I choose gel, every where else charge $5.00 for gel, we ended up getting only my pedicure because after the person finish mine he did not even started my daughter’s he choose to do it to a person who was there after us. So dissatisfied , the lady whom was in the front desk, were taking more people without writing down their appointments, maybe a little bit of business management will help them.

Very nice people. I love my gel nails! So PERFECT. William is awesome. This is the only nail salon I could find that is clean! Def recommend.Also, I felt compelled to update my review based on an overly dramatic one from certain people who attempt to make a scene at a business. In general, my impression of the individuals I have encountered when getting my nails done is that theyre hard working people and most are of Asian descent. I see how some nail techs are spoken to by rude customers who have no sense of respect just because the techs are not fluent in English. Picture putting your time and energy into providing a service only to have some chick refuse to pay for it. How lame are you to try to scam people who are trying to make a living. Do you eat half of the food at a restaurant then ask for a refund at the end as well?

I came here because of the reviews. Let’s just say this, I’m writing this as I’m getting my feet done. I came here about 11:30 am on a Sunday, came due to the reviews! The guy I was assigned to was just mean and rude all around. Made me feel like he didn’t want to be here at all and just was careless. Safe to say i probably won’t come here again 😢 just moved into this city so maybe I’ll find my place soon

My sisters and I decided to try Cali Nails since our original salon seemed to get sloppy. I am so excited we decided to try them. Customer service was excellent, our nails came out beautiful. The salon is clean, pedicure chairs and bowls are clean and they use liners in the bowl which I like. When have been coming for 3 months now and will continue to come.

I am very happy with their services. Would highly recommend them.

Wife was very happy with the manicure she got. Color and application look great, and she was especially happy with the nail tech.

I really like this nail salon. The only thing is.. one of the women who does nails had did an awful job and made my nails warped and thin. When I asked her to add more acrylic to make them thicker, she argued with me. William does an amazing job and I only let him touch my nails now.

I walked in for the first time ever, I chose this salon strictly based on its reviews and pictures posted. Let’s begin with how friendly and incredibly talented the staff are!! Tina and William did the most beautiful work! My pedicure literally was the best I’ve ever had, the colors they had to choose from are stunning! My fill, white French tip and design for my manicure are GORGEOUS. I’m so happy with all of it and so glad I decided to go with Cali Nails and Spa. I’m going to become a new regular without a doubt!! I do not recommend this place. I got a pedicure and it was the worst pedicure. They seemed to be rushing the whole time and just trying to get one customer in after the next without making sure they are providing quality service. My gel polish on my pedicure was lumpy and looked like it was about a week old. I had a few different people switching and the guy who did most of the pedicure seemed to not know how to work equipment. Water was super cold and now the bottom of my feet are peeling. My feet has never in my life peeled. One person next to me told the people what color she wanted 3 times and she explained after several workers asked her what color that she just told someone else. Another person was getting a pedicure and they left the water flowing in the water bowl and it overflowed everywhere. Some instruments I did watch them open and was brand new but other things like callous remover was not new I don’t believe. The guy doing my feet got up and grabbed it from somewhere else

The worst manicure experience of my life. The nail tech kept picking at my nail beds and cuticles until they were bleeding and proceeded to handle them roughly, even though he saw they were bleeding. He was very harsh and kept on trying to wipe away the blood with his own hands even though I told him to stop. He then told me to go wash my hands with plain water and they had to switch nail technicians for me since they saw he wasnt doing a good job. The new nail technician kept apologizing to me, even though it wasnt her fault. She managed to stumble through the rest of the manicure, but didnt apply the nail polish to all parts of my nails so I was still unhappy with the results. They ended up giving me a discount because of how much they messed up and tried to patch things up by saying that the male technician was using the wrong tools and that I would get discounts on future visits, but I will never be going back there.

I like getting my gel nails/pedi, at Cali Nails, the employees are very nice, they do a great job and got me in and out, when I had an appointment right after 🌺

I do not recommend this place the lady that did my nails was VERY ruff she was doing my nails in a rush the nail polish is very cheap once I walk out the nail polish was coming off the nails fell like they are going to come off.

I had gotten my nails done and not even it being a full week my nails falling off my real nail. I guess that saying “you get what you paid for” is a thing. Learning that the hard way. 3 of 10 of my nails had already fallen off not even a week of having them. I called and asked if I can get them fixed and get the ones that had fallen off to get new ones. The guy that answered the phone was telling me “he’s to busy to deal with my phone call and I would have to pay to get them fixed. I never in a million years would go back. $65 dollars down the drain. ( I got mani and pedi done) i would never go there if I was any of you!

First time visit was great a woman helped me she did amazing, second time visit made me realize I rather drive far Just to get good service, I only went for a fill and wanted to keep the same color. The guy doing my fill just had me sit down and as he is already working on my nails tells me to choose a color while he is working on one hand I was rushed to pick one which I couldn’t even look at them since I kept switching hands. Because of being rushed I got a color that was brighter than the previous, great, well won’t be coming here again. If I get my nails done I want to relax and leave satisfied not rushed and unhappy with a color I had to be rushed into choosing.

I just moved to El Mirage and couldnt find a nail salon that does dip. This place was the only one that I called that said yes. William did my nails. He did a very good job. I love the color he recommended. Ill be going back next week for a pedicure.

Every time I come into Cali nails it’s always a good vibe they attend me my daughters or whoever I bring with me in no time. William takes into consideration every detail on my nails. Staff is amazing never had any issues. I will keep coming back to this great service.

This is the place to go for your nails! Its location is great for the local area in it being conveniently by a donut and a pizza shop - both great for food after pampering yourself at Cali Nails and Spa. William is a nail tech with an eye for perfection and always makes sure my nails are smooth, and ready for show! The shop itself its clean and has an upscale feel with its floral decor and chandeliers. Theres another lady who gave my legs and feet the best massage during my pedicure - shes great! I come in every 2 to 3 weeks, and with the relaxing music and friendly staff, I never leave dissapointed! (:

I was looking for a nail salon in the area because of the distance to and from my last shop, and this was the one that caught my eye. I read the reviews and decided to. Give it a try by calling to see if Will was available which he was and waited for me to arrive. Immediately helped me find my color and had one person on my feet and him on my nails I was in and out in no time. And it was very affordable compared to my old nail salon. Extremely happy and satisfied this is now my new nail spa day place. Thanks Cali nails...

I didnt get a very good pedicure.my feet were so dry when I let. I didnt realize it while I was there. A little disappointed being I gave her a tip being kind. But I wont be coming back. I could give my self a better one. But I thought Id treat my self. Id really appreciate a credit

I had called and made an appt for a Mani and pedi with Tina. Apart that they didn’t respect my appt time I had my pedi done by some guy who didn’t know how to do pedis. The nail polish was gloppy and it looked like a 5 year old did my nails. After politely telling him he needed to fix them he kept polishing my nails that’s when I told him he needed to stop and someone else needed to fix my nails. That’s when the manager came in and fixed it. When it came to my mani they told me I had to reschedule when I had made an appt and they were taking in people without an appt. So unprofessional. I also noticed they don’t sanitize some instruments that need to be sanitized.

Went and got my toes done yesterday and the lady who did them did a horrible job on them wasn’t the right color nor was even painted correctly I recommend not going back to them they do horrible nails smh

Went to a different nail place in Perioa and they did a horrible job ( lots of bumps and dips) William at Cali Nails trimmed them up and shaped them up really nice. I really liked his work and he was general and nice. This place had fast customer service and a warm welcoming, I will be returning to this place again. Thank you William for a job well done!

Ive been going there since they opened. But lately 😕 service hasnt been good everyone is doing a quick job and not a good one.

Very unhappy. Had pedicure for both my daughter and I. The guy doing mine started cutting my skin, kept cutting even though I was telling him to stop cutting me. He left the toe bleeding and moved to the next toe. The callous remover, he didn’t remove my big toe callouses and left half on the heel. I got the “manager” the had a lady finish, she painted my cuticles, nails were uneven. I do pedicure every 2 weeks for last 3 yrs. this is my worst experience at a salon yet.

Enjoyed getting my nails done here until I started bringing my own products, fills went from $18 - $20 to $30 - $35 only one nail tech can actually do professional nails in the shop will not be returning.

This is the worst place I have ever got my nails done at..... I got my nails done on a Tuesday and by Thursday 2 nails already broke... And looks like I have to get a fill already and its only been 5 days.. and they put the acrylic on so thin!!! Even asking for it to be thick.... And they use so much super glue that I had to pick it off my fingers!!!! I will never stray from my normal place again!!!! And then they dont even talk to you but carry on full conversations with the other employees... If you want cheap nails then I highly recommend this place....

Do not go here if you have seizure issues they cannot shut off the lights that Flash on a constant basis. Asked nicely too rude have them turn it off they told me nope I had to leave I was about to have a seizure because of their flashing lights

I usually dont do reviews but damn the lady was in a hurry on doing my pedicure didnt even take my last color off completely before putting the new one.. she didnt even clean my feet good and made me bleed on TWO of my toes!!!! I just got a new set at my usual salon by someone other than the lady I normally ask for. They came out awful, lumpy, thick, mis-shapen and short. I headed to cali Nails and Spa to see if they could fix them. William took me in near to closing and removed the set for a whole new one. He was patient, kind and considerate in how I wanted my nails done. He asked numerous times if they were good and they were. He was such a perfectionist and cleaned around my nails. William did absolutely amazing on my nails and took his time. I greatly appreciate the time he made and took with me. Definitely recommending this place and coming here from now on!

DONT GO HERE, UNEDUCATED TECHNICIANS and no care for customer service or satisfaction.I came here for the first time for a pedicure, Bobby is the one who started me off. To start he didnt check the water once and it was boiling hot i had to tell him twice that it was too hot, then he began to attempt to remove the gel polish off my toes, he was pressing so hard with the electrical filer it was extremely painful, i told him 5 times that it hurt and even had to pull my toes out from underneath him because he wouldnt stop, he then proceeded to tell me what you dont want me to do your nails? I said NO YOUR HURTING ME and i had to ask someone else to finish my pedicure. I then had a girl finish my pedicure and asked for the #3 pedicure and she forgot to use the hot rocks and did not give me a massage. Some of the other staff was nice but their work was not efficient or appealing. I will NEVER step foot in here again.. my toes nails are extremely thin now and still in pain after Bobby filed them down excessively.Not only did i have issue with my pedicure my mother was preparing a big event and they did not put any thought or consideration into their work on her or my sister. My mothers polish ended up smudging after we left and my sisters and myselfs polish was horrid and uneven, paint on skin everywhere!I paid $50 for a HORRIBLE AND PAINFUL PEDICURE.

Do yourself a favor, dont make the mistake of getting your nails done here. The service and quality of the nails are terrible. Within a week my nails already looked like they needed a fill, one even broke off! Dont waste your money here.

The customer service and the salon is under-par I had an appointment at 11 understanding that it would be late I came back again at 11:30 and theyre still working on somebody else they have no regard for their customers at all.

Honestly, I don’t recommend this place. Despite going at an early hour when there were no other clients, the work was rushed and the staff were not friendly what so ever. The acrylic work was messy and unrefined. There are little lumps and streaks in my gel polish. I’d recommend going to another one or the many salons in el mirage.

Awful service, not even an inch higher then my actual nail and it was $30. Asked for coffin shape and turned out to be a huge mess, made my fingers bleed three times, and the whole staff was talking about me, look at me and laugh. Worst nail place ever. Full set-$25 but if get it an inch NOT EVEN it will be $30. Never going there again.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The guy that did my nails was very rude and very rough. He kept hitting my hands and bending my hands ways they couldnt bend. And he didnt shape my nails the way i asked him to so now they just look like the press on nails you get from walmart. And the lady that did my friends nails was the same way..but refused to do the almond shaped nails and refused to paint her nails black. Will not be returning
