Friendly staff. They always update you of the progress. They treat you like family and remember your name when you go visit them again. Reasonable pricing.

This is the second time I’ve used them because someone hit my car. They are excellent communicators. They are timely and professional. Jay is awesome. This is also my second time dealing with him. We were planning to go out of town a week after I dropped off my car and he was able to get the job done in time for us to pick up the car before our trip. Really great experience. I hope I don’t have to use them again for body work but I would recommend anyone to use them for their repairs.

They pad theestimate and run very high.  We agreed to have them do the work onour coach but when it came time to finalise the work, Kody, the personwe were dealing with would never return our calls. We had to keepcalling until he finally would call us back. We even had asked him tofigure out some extra things we wanted done that werent on theinsurance claim, like some botched body work and removal andreplacing a couch in the coach. We had ordered the couch and had itshipped to Premier.Our insurance agent said that Kody was way high on his estimate andwouldnt come down and we were going to have to come up with a fewthousand dollars in addition to what the insurance company was goingto cover. My husband rented a truck to go and pick up the couch wehad shipped to them to install. Kody wouldnt even come out of hisoffice to meet with him.... So needless to say because of the lack ofcustomer service we received we will not be returning to this shop andhave found one that will work with us and our insurance companywithin reason. The facility is more state of the art and clean. Thepeople are dealing with are very nice and treat the customer withrespect and yes, they return calls within the next day.Not only is Premier losing our insurance business, they are also losingthe additional work that we wanted and were going to pay out of pocketworth another $2k.

This is the BEST place for collision repair. You can also pickup and drop off rentals here. Ive been here twice in the past 3 or 4 years. I recommend and will only go here when needed.

Brad was very professional. He carefully walked me through the intake process and provided updates throughout the repair period. He also checked in with me regarding adjustments that we didnt initially discuss, but were necessary to ensure that the car was safe to drive. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work performed.

This company really deserves five stars and except for one oversight would have gotten it. My advice? Call them a lot more than I called them which was on average maybe twice a week for 3 weeks. I was surprised to know at the last moment that there was part of the repair that they couldnt do; something I pointed out to him as working prior to the accident but not after the accident. I really wish they had told me sooner or had referred me to him right after the initial estimate. Now I am left to arrange for a second estimate and possibly wait again. Im baffled, where is the customer service? But Ill leave it at that. Nuff said. They did do a good job, and I told them so.

Our 5th wheel went there for repair after a golf cart destroyed the front of it. They replaced all components with better equipment than factory and the workmanship was excellent. They are running longer repair times due to COVID. It was shipping and parts delays. Very satisfied with results!!!

Profession quality work, they have fixed my RV after a crash. It’s the best work I’ve ever seen! A few years later someone backed into my slide out & Insurance sent them RV to a shoo in the town we were traveling. That repair fell apart after two years use. I only trusted Premier in El Mirage shop to fix it because of my prior repair. They once again preformed perfection skilled work. Outstanding professionalism and service! Jay, and Vanessa rolled out the red carpet upon receiving my Tesla Model S and Toyota highlander. These cars needed their rear bumpers repainted due to cosmetic and impact damage. Their attention to detail and quality of work are unmatched by any repair shop I have used in the past. My cars will continue to come here as repairs are needed. Jay also did a great job keeping me informed of their status and called when the cars were ready for pickup; very punctual! Highly recommended! With a lifetime warranty on work, how could you go wrong?

My Vehicle was brought to premier coach works by the dealership to have some warrenty paint work done on the roof area. When I received the truck back, they left the interior a mess and did a poor job at attempting to clean it. They spraid armourall every where but didnt even wipe it down, the floor mats and staring wheel was like a slip and slide. There were empty cans laying on the back seat and hand prints all over the headliner. On the outside of the vehicle there were marks all over the vehicle from where they let their air hose rub along the Truck. When they returned the truck back to the dealership the anti theft app I have tracked them doing 85mph in a 45mph zone. Lastly, afterwards I was getting a rattle in my roof area, come to find out they broke my sun roof rails. If youre spending your money here I would caution you to go else where.

These guys are great. They picked up and later returned our 42’ fifth wheel after the repairs were completed, at no charge to us. They also stored it at there place for over a month, until we figured out where it was going, again at no charge. Kody there also would come to the phone or promptly return my calls when I had a question. And their price for the repairs were 1/4 less than the next quote. If you need work done on your RV, these are the people you want to deal with.

Over the past 10 years I have had a few cars that needed body repairs from accidents and every time I have use Premier. They have always treated me with curiosity and have been upfront and honest. The repairs were acceptable enough, considering that Geico only authorized and paid them to do a substandard job on my truck. Itll have to go back to complete the repairs after I get the insurance company re-involved. But I digress. Premier did a fine job for what they could.Regardless of all that, Im giving this company only two stars due the horribly poor communication, follow-up, and follow-through by the gentleman in charge of oversight of my repairs. Id likely recommend Premier to potential clients, but I cant and wont due to the constant disappointment and missed/non-returned phone calls, emails, etc from Kyle. If you end up taking your vehicle there, Id suggest requesting anyone but him.

Premier Coach , is the only place I trust to work on my motor-home. They are extremely professional and listen to your concerns about the issue you have regarding the repair. Premiers employees are extremely knowledgeable regarding the work they are doing and the system for moving your motor-home from intake to final delivery is very efficient. Premier worked with my insurance company for any items covered by them and the issues that were not covered were in MHO priced very reasonable, plus their work carries a lifetime warranty.

Repaired my wife’s 2015 black 2015 Honda Coupe I’m very particular on our cars especially black ( I own 3 ) because is like water shows any in-perfection. Went to three shops all were professional all had the same explanation except the staff at this shop seemed to show a true knowledge of the process.Jeremy wrote it up gave an accurate time frame.When I picked up the car Jeremy brought it out let us see it at all angles in good lighting, it was flawless no orange peel and the clear was applied and all was fathered perfectly.Best part was they give us our car back completely detailed. Fix It was recommended by the Kia Dealership. I had used Geicos online system and they wanted me to go to an appointment st specified spots and get a check within 30 minutes. This did not sound good to me so I called Fix It and had wonderful service over the phone and made an appointment for the next day. The people were great and talked me through the whole process. The work was finished early and my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when they got it. The finished work looked like new. I higly recommend that you take your car here!

I had to bring a brand new vehicle here, due to someone hitting my car in a parking garage and taking off and this shop fixed and it looks like the day I rolled off the dealer lot. Paint blend and match was perfect, they were able to pull the dent and left no traces of it behind. I will always recommend this place and will continue to go here if I have any body work that needs to be done. I have heard of and experienced some really terrible shops that just want to collect money from the insurance company, this place is far from that. Good work. Id use them again which is saying a lot for business in the RV sector. In fact, they are now my go to RV service provider. My suggestion for an improvement that would meet my needs would be to improve their customer feedback; i.e. weekly updates on status, completion date estimates, etc.

Absolutely wonderful! I came to Premier Coach Works to get a quote on a paint job for our Volkswagen Camper. My original paint was not up to par and our camper, being from the Midwest had some rust spots. Premier Coach took care of us at an affordable price, even sent us updates with pictures to show what needed to be fixed! Myself and husband will recommend to anyone in need of RV/Camper expertise.

First of all, customer service is tops! They acknowledge your presence right away, use good eye contact, and listen to your concerns. The work they performed on my Ford Focus’ broken electrical window went smoothly, came with solid warranty, and they even cleaned out the car inside and out.
