Super bad customer service. The 2 females working did not want to move away from the counter to help anyone. This is a customer service business and if customers need help, they should be able to walk around and help that customer. A lady had a dolly full of boxes and needed help with the door. She asked the FedEx employees for help and they could not even walk over and help her with the door.( Are their nails going to brake o what?? ) Truly annoying and especially after hearing them laugh once the lady had walked out. Very rude, disrespectful and immature employees. I couldnt stand being in there afterwards. FedEx needs to stop hiring just anyone off the street.

Customer service can be improved. The staff is so burned out it hurts. Usually when employees are not happy they usually take it out on paying customers. Sad. I have been a regular costumer and that I have been dealing with the same issue. Employees never smile or greet you.

I went in to get some signs laminated. Most signs came out with many bubbles which I have never seen happen in 20 years of getting things laminated. The sales reps couldn’t have cared less. No offer of discount, doing it again. Not even a sorry. Pathetic. I will not use that place in the future.

This fedex store does not know what “customer service” is. I have been there many times since this store is close to my location and trust me I have never seen any staff smiling and wishing anyone. Looks like the staff are not happy working here and they are very very rude. If I am standing in line and if there is extra employee working, they do not even look at the customer or have eye contact with the fear that they might have to help customers. Also if you arrive 15 mins before store closure, the counters will already be empty and incase if there is any employee then he or she will be super rude with a worst expression on their face.

Aaron provided outstanding service (Sep. 2020).I needed a label printed for a shipment someone else was taking in, and the process was faster than getting a coffee next door!He printed it from an email, had the box ready, and my girlfriend was in and done in three minutes!

Q is amazing, always helpful and positive, as are most of the other workers. Great self service, their machines are calibrated nicely for best color printing. Minus one star there is a balding gentleman who will ignore you till you die rather then even address you. If hes working come back another time you wont be helped... Although hes there A LOT... but everyone else is awesome

Since I saw lots of reviews about bad customer service, but many seemed pretty old, thought Id add a review. Had great customer service today (from Desiree) who greeted people as they entered and communicated to me when walking away from the desk to finish with the prior customer that shed be with me in just a moment. Very friendly and helpful, managed to solve a problem with my weirdly formatted address (company line plus 3 more address lines) to get it all on the label. Couple in front of me seemed to be dealing with a shipping issue and the staff member helping them said it was FedExs fault and not the couples and that he could make sure it got to its destination ASAP. I was in there close to 5pm and expected it to be slammed with people, but I only waited a few minutes to be helped. Overall a good experience, and Id go back.

This location is close to my house, but that is about its only advantage. Almost every time I come in here, there is only one employee working. If they get stuck with a customer, whether through their fault or not, customers can be stuck here for a long time. In fact, when I came in today, there was one employee on staff (who, to be fair, was doing well). On top of that, with the amount of customers going through and dropping off valuable things, it is not wise or safe to leave only one employee on staff in the evening. It would be wise to keep two employees on staff for the sake of the customers and the employees own safety.

Horrible customer service. Guy stood on his phone right in front of me for almost five minutes and didnt acknowledge me whatsoever. Manager came out, Bianca, and she wasnt much better. Not only was she short with me and seemed annoyed as is, she was no help at all. I was asking her a couple questions and when she couldnt help (which is fine, it was more just trying to be conversation than anything) she walked away and to top it off as I was leaving she laughed at me. Dont be that rude to laugh at someone right ln there face, doesnt matter who you are it is downright disrespectful. It wasnt stupid questions, I was trying to be nice even after already being pissed about the guy on his phone forever. Not cool, I never right reviews but Im actually pretty bothered by this. Treat people better.

Very handy self-printing service. However some of the most convenient options did not work for me (both from USB and by email). I had to email the files to their address to have them printed. Also need to be careful in selecting b/w if you do not need color as it is way cheaper.

Lazy staff. The guy wouldnt help me he was taking so long and there was a long line and Im waiting theyre standing in front of him and hes talking about how his girlfriend wants him to move in but hed rather his grandfather kick out some people in his grandfathers apartment building instead of helping me! I ended up spending $0.70 using their computer and not printing what I needed! Its very hard to get a refund! I need a refund this guys a jerk and they need to hire friendly staff and more staff members!

The manager is really, really rude. I’m honestly shocked she manages anyone, much less works in a customer service roll. This is the closest FedEx to my house, which is the only reason I frequent this location.4/25/19Another bad experience so I dropped it down to 1 star and won’t be coming here anymore.
