Laughable at best. I always had decent luck out of UPS with consistency until I moved to El Centro. They might deliver it at 5 pm, or it might be 10 pm or later. It’s anyone’s guess. I know their delivery times are tracked, and after four years here with the same lack of consistency, it’s obvious there’s going to be no change in management or process improvement.Not only that, but if you have to go to the actual UPS location and not a UPS store, good luck not getting T-boned pulling out of their parking lot. They picked one of the worst locations to have a business with lots of trucks coming in and out of an entrance.If you have a choice, use FedEx. At least their delivery window is narrower and more consistent. Their location is also easier to get in and out of.

Its 9:30 at night and still havent received my packages. I prefer DHL over these guys.

If I could assign 10 stars to a review I would. I had 45 trucks stopped because I was waiting for these devices and Phillie tracked the UPS truck, did everything in his power to help me and get me the packages. It’s rare to see this type of customer service these days. Good for you guys

Ok ok so I’m not much of a Google reviews guy but here it goes. Noticed mad ppl dissing UPS in my area pretty tough soooo I feel obligated to share my thoughts n experiences with that. I’ve been an Amazon prime member for years now since this internet stuff first became a big way to shop. From Amazon to eBay to random websites (trusted ones of course). I’ve never once had an issue of not receiving my package and at least 85% of shipping on my end has been done through UPS. Whether it came to me or I did the shipping. Sure USPS does some but no where near the way UPS has it. That being said I’ve lived in several different towns throughout the Imperial Valley and again always received my packages and on time. I currently live who TH knows where haha Jk. I live in Seeley and honestly didn’t think I’d get my stuff received where I’m located and was fully prepared to go pick it up if that were the case but nope not even out here in the boonies did UPS let me down! Thank God! I was depending on these packages (car parts) and around 430 or 5 PM as promised my packages were delivered to the front yard. So I’ll end my long ol review now with a y’all negative ppl need some positive vibes in ur life maybe even some God but as for me and the 50 houses I’ve lived in... We are truly grateful for UPS and what they do. So thank you UPS and ull be seeing my name plenty more using ur services. Thanks again peace ✌️

Worse parcel company, in USA and México.it´s the second time I have problems whit UPS in US and the third in Mexico, ussually don´t ship to POBox and they don´t leave any notification, if the address is wrong in one letter or number costumer service never can change the shipment address if the recipment say so

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with 3 packages not received yet shown as delivered almost a week prior. I went to the warehouse to sort it out. Treated so well. Very busy. 6 other customers (were a small town); lots of commotion with people coming and going.Our driver happened to be in the warehouse. He came over to chat with me. He remembered every stop to my house. Without looking it up, he told me how many packages delivered to my house and where hed tucked them to hide them from porch pirates. Theyd been hidden in plain site.Got home and voila...all 3 packages were right there...tucked safely away. Ill be danged... knew they were coming, and I never saw them.Kudos to UPS drivers for their attentive respect in attempting to keep us safe from thieves!

My package was supposed to be delivered at my place. I called and they said theyre veteran driver had wrote down that my address doesnt exist. I dont have a ride to go pick it up but they still said I need to pick it up. I got Amazon prime, they are suppose to deliver, thats what prime is for. And just for them to tell me I got to pick up my package is bs.

Habe to be the stupidest and most incompetent people on the face of the planet! Grub hub can find my house, FedEx can find my house, the only people who have no idea where my address is UPS half my orders get returned to senderby ups.

Customer service was fine twice but it was hard to find out where to drop off my package because a large UPS sign is above a small building that is closed without notifications where to go. I got back in the car & almost drove away. I had to drive across the parking lot where you cannot see a visible sign until youre up close.

Very limited hours. Small location. Sometimes gets pretty packed, and busy because of the limited hours. Would defintely help if they were open longer, and sooner so you didnt have to plan your day around their limited hours. Staff are very helpful though.

UPS Delivery in the Brawley area is the absolute worst Ive experienced having lived in 12 states. Other delivery companies have dropped the ball on occasion, but this UPS will drop the ball almost every time then straight up lie about it and say they tried to deliver or pickup stuff that they clearly havent. You can request Amazon to not ship to you with UPS and be done with this dummy dance. I gave them another chance by scheduling a return pickup with them, and once again theyve proven themselves habitual liars.

You better not need a receipt or customer service of any kind. Employees ignore you and could care less if you need help. The absolute worst service, but unfortunately Amazon likes to use them.

The existing information on the web does not show that this locations office is NOT open on Saturdays.There is a drop box for pre-labeled shipments, but the slot doesnt handle packages that are very big. We got lucky and a worker was present that said hed handle our package for us, and he was as good as his word, as we got notice of delivery a few days later. Thanks UPS.

The service is fast and there are two computers so you can quickly organize your shipment. Tim, at the counter, is always quick and courteous with all customers.

The employees were fantastic, I was getting return notices for address unreachable and I requested the same day for a package hold at the customer center here and I got to pick it up the same day, excellent customer service skills!

Ill change my review to five stars if you open up for some decent business hours. Open 1430 is silly ridiculous; like youre trying to send me to FedEx.

I cant give them a zero or I would. They were unable to deliver to my address - couldnt find it. Nobody called, but driver said he did. The rude agent on UPS chat was no help. She scolded me telling me that UPS drivers arent supplied a company cell phone so dont call to make a delivery. ...then why did he say that he did? I scheduled to have it picked up at ElCentro. Who refused to give me the package after I drove down from Oregon to get it - it is very important that it be at a meeting. A meeting I hadnt planned on attending. My husband was the addressee. Horrible woman at counter would not give me the package with Drivers license, company ID, shipping details, UPS account number of who shipped it (I did with my UPS account) they needed a letter of release from my business. So I wrote one - which she refused to accept because I wrote it (I am the owner of this small business). I am about to call the police because UPS is holding my package hostage and I am about to lose a $15,000.00 contract if I cant get these prototypes in front of the meeting tomorrow. I have everything required, but ElCentro will not release it.

I ordered a product from Amazon and used the correct RV park address, 375 Ross Ave, El Centro, CA, space #7. The Country Life RV park informed me, that there was another #7 in the area but it has a different street number.And thats where I found my package. At the wrong address. Sitting in the yard outside the wrong house. The driver had not knocked on the door and they had no idea it was there.If the driver doesnt bother to check with the business of large parks like this, (of which there are several in El Centro), how often do they deliver packages to the wrong address? Why doesnt the UPS office KNOW this might be a problem already?Im just lucky that my $160 package wasnt stolen.

Worse service ever. Ive gotten broken packages before and never complained but this last time it has simply been bad service all around. This tracking system is a JOKE the estimated time doesnt come close to the time they actually show up to your home. So dont hold your breath because you will be waiting for hours on end and on top of that if you are expecting anything on a Friday and miss them youll have to wait until Monday and only if its not a holliday.

Why pay for two day shipping if you just dont deliver it and force an extra entire day to still not have the package that according to tracking was on schedule the day before when it was paid to be delivered?

RIDICULOUSLY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Is there a negative star rating? After several packages have been delivered on several occasions to my address they claim they cannot find my address therefore not deliver my package. This is a small town, the delivery guy must have been completely incompetent to not have been able to find the address. My package has to be picked up at their facility in the next town or delivery will be until next week.

Place and hours are inconvenient. FedEx is much easier and opens at 10 am

I live in Brawley and always get attempt delivery notices from UPS. I always have to go in person, to their only available location which is in El Centro, during their business hours, which are very inconvenient (2:30-6 pm, really, you guys are only open for 3.5 hours per day?), and pick up my stuff before they send it back to the company from which I bought it.
