Drove by this place the other day on my way to a quinceañera and it’s was completely dead! Funny because everywhere else was busy with lights and music after COVID!!! Every place is booked with postponed parties I was surprised this place was closed but I guess everyone else is realizing this place is no good and untrustworthy. Keep taking your business somewhere else with honest ppl that are willing to help you have a nice and smooth event. These ppl ruined my wedding

Babylon palace and banquet is the absolute worst banquet hall I’ve ever done business with. The place was an absolute mess for a wedding, the bathrooms smelled like urine, the stage was being supported by duct tape, on top of everything, the wifi was not working and the music kept stopping, I felt horrible for the DJ! The owners refused to help, thank you Mark and Rita for doing NOTHING to accommodate for the bride and groom since all you cared about was being money hungry. SHAME ON YOU FOR RUNNING A BUSINESS YOU CANT HANDLE! The food was to a minimum and the fountain drinks were watered down, the flowers used for decorations were old and crusty! YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO THE BBB and your reviews here along with YELP will be given a grade of “F”! Shame on you for providing the worst service for a wedding!

Personally I think the place is beautiful but, it is a matter of taste and everyone has different taste.

This hall is very large and can accommodate large numbers of guests. The owners have always been nice and cordial when I have photographed events there. I highly recommend tho check out this venue.

I had my wedding here and everything was amazing! Everything, from when we started planning back in January to the day of my wedding in November, was awesome. Mike and his team were very helpful every step of the way. Great customer service!

Mike is a very nice guy! Very patient and understanding. Goes his way to make a party perfect and easy for the whole family! Even during the party they were very helpful in whatever the guests needed. Would recommend this hall over any ballroom.

This hall is a must see. Large, beautiful, and classy. Food is great and the decorations at top notch. Ask for Mike when you come in. It’s worth checking out!

This hall is great and versatile for all kinds of events. Its pretty impressive what they can do with the hall and there is plenty of parking. The food and drinks were great and the hall has plenty of space to fit a big crowd.

I love this place!! If you are trying to find a spot to have a quinceanera or wedding this is it! Mike was super helpful in helping us plan my party and everything went great!

First review Ive ever wrote! Just to warn anyone looking into getting this place to host an event. I have been to this hall a couple of times and the last time that I attended an event here the owner was very rude to the newlyweds, over charging them an insane amount of money at the end of the night and when asked why they had to pay extra money if the hall was paid for already the owner had no answer, stating falsely comments.I will never attend another event hosted here. Bad customer service and bad management.do yourself a favor and host your parties somewhere else where they are fair and dont overcharge!

Do not book this place, the owner mike will sweet talk you and will later at the day of the event something will go wrong and will try to over charge you! Do not trust these people and just a heads up if you do book make sure to always have someone you trust to keep an eye on everything!! Or he will try to poison your food and over charge you a ridiculous price for making more. Im surprised he hasnt been sued yet. He has done this before but didnt I didnt believed it, he contaminated my food purposely just to try and get more money out of us.

I’ve been at six weddings in Babylon Palace and everyone was amazing. Everyone from our church loves this place we always come here and we’ve always been very happy the service and the staff are very nice

Came here for a quinceañera and the facility was huge and beautiful! I loved the space and chandelier was also large and amazing.

Very upscale compared to similar places in the area. Live music, beautiful setting, comfortable seats, great food, plenty parking spaces, great experience.I recommend for weddings and parties. They deliver on their promise.

Very bad service. Found rat poop in water last night when I was partying and brought water out and I found rat poop and we told them and they didn’t do nothing I recommend people and the owner never apologized and not very nice and also one of the owners daughter did things that were not good and their food and everything was bad and not clean. I recommend people go to crystal ball also I have pictures but I can’t link here because idk how.

This place is amazing because they are kind and always do there best for everyone to be confertable and have a great time.

Really sucked. Had a school dance for fathers and daughters. It was too small, the carpet, bathroom and I walls were dirty. Their food was terrible, until that day I have not met anyone who can mess up pasta. I would never recommend this place the should have left it a thrift store.

Really really great place! I went here for a quinceanera and all I can say is great things about here... plenty of parking, SO spacious inside for the event, great dance floor, great bathrooms. Great entrance to decorate. There is even a second floor great for anything (dj, place for kids, place for teens, ect). Great place to check out

The owner and staff were absolutely horrible. We attended a quincenera and they were drilling holes in the wall and doing maintenance during the ceremony. Totally disrespectful to the family that paid all that money. The bar was severely un-prepared with an 80 year old lady working that didnt know how to mix drinks. The owner was supervising the party like they were a bunch of 7 year olds and taking pictures with his phone. (Kinda creepy) please if you are not one of their kind dont rent this place

Excellent for public events. Wedding events to be precise.
