Could use some experience in time management, if the customer they are helping is unable to provide the information to complete their transaction, it would be greatly appreciated if the other ScanNGo customers behind the unprepared customer can be ran through quickly while holding the first transaction in suspension until the proper address is found and relayed by another person to the customer at the store. When people are ready, show everyone how much it improves their experience if they come prepared they walk in and walk out in moments not waiting 10minutes to get a receipt for the drop off that literally takes less than 5 seconds.... If the system does not support suspension for transactions. Development is needed.

Eric is an absolute rude jerk and treats customers like they are dirt on his shoes. He refused to provide a last name when asked. He needs an attitude adjustment.

I love the tracking website! What I don’t like is when did fedex stop knocking on your door when a package was delivered? No I didn’t have a signature required but if you’r not signed up for updates how in the hell ads you going to know if your package is at your door if they don’t knock. Y’all delivery drivers don’t know how bad our neighbors are. I’m glad I was signed up for notifications because if I wasn’t my neighbors would have took my package. All I’m saying is you delivery drivers START KNOCKING ON DOORS WHEN DELIVERING A PACKAGE

Omg, the lady that worked the front made my experience very memorable as she went above and beyond to help make my package be as romantic as possible to ask my girlfriend to marry me at the time and the package was even recieved a day early as I shipped it internationally and my girlfriend said yes, so shes my fiancee now thanks to FedEx and the lady that helped me, I so wish I knew her name but Im sorry i dont, but thank you again

Quick and efficient

After many times of this happening, I am leaving a review. Over the past few years, 75% of the time, packages are delivered to somewhere other than my business(just left at random addresses in the neighborhood).

I am having a new phone shipped to my house and it was supposed to be delivered Monday-Wednesday. It said it was delivered today(Thursday) but it is not at my house. This has caused me personally and my entire family to be very upset and not happy.
