My mother is a customer with Miracle Ear in Edwardsville, and thus far, she is getting quality service. The Miracle Ear Team seem to care my mother is happy with the product and her concerns are answered; they truly care that she has hearing aids that work. I also appreciate their patience and giving my mother the time to ensure her questions are answered so she understands the product. The team at Edwardsville are an asset to Miracle Ear.

Gwendolyn and Brittany are the best! My mother who is a patient there has gotten the best education, customer service, warm greetings, helpful beyond words and extremly accomodating to our schedules. Everyone at the office was so patient with us during my sisters appointment. They took extra time to explain the procedure to my sister and also to us. Every question we asked was answered completely and we never felt rushed. Great experience!

One from Mercy, one from St. Lukes and three connected with Washington U/CID.Gwendolyn gave me an initial hearing test which was the most thorough and accurate test I had ever received. The changes she made to my aids, based on her tests, allowed her to program my aids in a way that increased their effectiveness significantly. Furthermore, she knows more than any Audiologist I have ever worked with. She also helped me reconfigure Zoom to enhance the meetings that I facilitate. At 81 years old l began to realize that my hearing was regressing quite rapidly. In fact, l was a little embarrased about it. I decided to go get a hearing test. I received the best hearing test l ever thought possible. When the test was done and he put hearing aids in my ears l was shocked . WOW ! What a difference. If you need a hearing test, this is the place to go.
