The Geek arrived within time, set about the task and completed it within an hour, complete with enough explanation that I felt confident that I understood the functioning of a mesh Wi-Fi system. He also managed to answer my questions within the that time. Everything works better than ever.

They were fast to respond and did a good job to correct my problem. Plus tech Jim was very nice and friendly to work with.

Complete waste of $99. Tech was pushy, already had his mind made up that we need to go get a new printer. Did not perform any repairs, just printer head cleaning which I had already done by the instructions on the HP website. Failed to meet appointment time the first date, nearly missed the 2hr window on the second date. DO NOT USE this site out of Edwardsville, Il.
