I bought my beautiful Milano there after receiving so much help— patient, responsive, knowledgeable help! This became our go-to place at that point. We were impressed with pricing on later repairs of our other bikes, plus some modifications I needed. The pricing was carefully calculated and clearly explained—and it just cost us less than a couple of other shops we were used to working with. So good!! So delighted that Edwardsville has this shop!

I emailed the business about how I have trouble with my bike saddle and how my bottom pays for a 1 hour bike ride for about a week. Went to the store and the guy set me up with a new bike saddle and told me to work my way into it and to allow adjustment time. I have no soreness after a ride now. The guy knew his bikes and equipment. Great service. We also got my boyfriends bike a tune up and back wheel fixed.

Absolutely the BEST hometown bike shop. Ever. I am fairly new to the biking world (about 3 months) when I stumbled onto this shop looking for a bike. Not only was Alec and Max very helpful, friendly and welcoming; but they made me feel comfortable and treated me with respect the minute I walked in the door. They spent time getting to know me, listened to my needs and set me up with the perfect bike. I began coming to the weekly shop rides, meeting many new riders, who I would now call my friends. This is a very community based shop! Such a great group of people all around. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the shop, the great guys, and high level of customer service you will not find anywhere else!! This is your one stop shop! Thank you Alec and Max!

This has been my go to shop for a number of years. Alec has always been very generous with his time and taught me a lot about not only riding bikes, but maintaining them as well. Service is usually punctual and done very well. I would recommend this shop to anybody looking for a new bike or repairs. Although I will add the disclaimer that they are keeping fewer bikes in stock compared to previous years, however they can order and build just about anything you want.

My wife and I were wanting to get into a healthier hobby, but felt a little intimidated going to a bike store for fear of being judged since we arent particularly athletic. Alec did everything he could to make us feel welcome and make us feel special. I cannot stress how wonderful of an experience we had at this shop. Great customer service and coming from Wal-Mart Bikes the bikes we bought are in a league of their own. Consider us customers for life!

Such helpful and kind employees! My bike was ran over (twice).. the back wheel & frame was completely bent, multiple broken parts. Everything was fixed so promptly it shocked me! And they managed to put all new parts on, and still keep under budget. Will be coming here in the future!

This is the only bike shop that I will take my Canyon Ultimate road bike for maintenance and repairs. The service to price ratio is just unbeatable. I bought a mountain bike from them about 2 years ago and it only just recently broke. He told me they’d have to keep it a few days and he saw how devastated I was about not being able to ride and he lent me a loaner. He’s an amazing guy you don’t find people like that a lot in today’s world.

Went in for what I thought was just a chain repair, but turned out my derailleur was all bent up. Because I had a warranty for the cyclery, (went there first, but they were terribly backlogged on repairs) they fixed that up no charge. Even showed me how to change the chain and how they realigned the derailleur. All in all, a super helpful shop and Id recommend it to anyone.

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff.I was given a Fuji bike by a friend. The bike had sat unused for some time. I found the Bike Factory on the manufacturer webite. I called the store and Daniel told me I could bring the bike in and they would look at it. I was concerned they would try to sell me a lot of things but they didnt try to sell me anything. They looked my bike over, and gave it a very affordable tune up. They also added additional accessories that were purchased prior to me owning the bike.I called and showed up, they squeezed me in same day and quickly, in less than hour had it working order. They also explained the bike to me, how it works and different features. I have a few more purchases I need to make for the bike and I will be back. They have a customer for life.

My wife and I have been a regular customer for quite some time here.I usually dont write any reviews, but I had a bad experience. I came in Sunday and bought a bike seat for my wife took it home and found out it was too big.came back Monday to Exchange it the guy behind the counter told me that there is a restocking fee OK even though it was never opened. But the new one cost less than the old one so I should have received a refund the guy said to me lets call it an even .I said no I need you to refund my money he said its coming out of his lunch money. They just lost a good customer.

I was was trying to take my little brother to get new grips for his bike and he looked up the times,which said the store was open till 7:00 on Saturdays. So I rushed him down there before I had to be somewhere and we got there at 6:50 and the lights were off and they were closed. So,either they need to stay open till the times posted or if their hours changed they need to update there times online.my little brother was heartbroken because he couldn’t get the new grips because he had a big meet up the nex day.
