I have rented a lot of units over the last few years.They where by far the best .Very Secure, easy access ,Very easy to login on and pay online or direct pay. No problem to close the Account as well.My unit stayed dry for the year we had it.We had an end unit by a field and there wasn’t even any mice problems.I’ m very satisfied with rivierbend in Edwardsville .

We had the worst experience ever and would never use this company! We stored our home furnishings at Riverbend while we were remodeling our home and the unit flooded. Some things got wet when the rains came in the unit, then mold grew and spread. We found this out when we went to move our furnishings back home. Both the manager and owner told us that was too bad, and there wasnt anything they would do about it. So I would strongly urge you not to store anything you care about in these units. A new couch and ottoman, a newer mattress, our sons baby furniture, and many other things were completely ruined.
