Josh was working today for a biometrics test I needed to get done. He was polite and professional. I was nervous about getting my blood drawn and he did it so fast and was gentle. It was a really great experience because of him. Thanks again Josh!
Best experience Ive ever had. First timer so didnt notice the sign in computer and so a few people that came in after me signed in first, but even so as a walk in I was seen with in 10 mins. Having small veins I told the DR and she was kind and could tell she has a sense of humor but was very professional. I was kinda nervous about past experiences ( other places) involving multiple pokes to find my tiny veins. Kathrine, my nurse was awesome and comforting and dang good at her job! One try and I was done in 2 mins or less. Thanks Kathrine for such a good experience 💝
I dont know what happened to everyone else, but this was my best labwork appointment ever.I showed up for a blood draw 15 minutes prior to my appointment as the email said to do. I used a link from the email to check in remotely, and received a text in one minute to come inside.Once inside, I had zero paperwork to fill out and was waved directly into the chair by the phlebotomist. She made a skilled stick in the back of my non-dominant hand, showed me the vial with my name on it, and there was no paperwork checking out either.I was in and out of that clinic in 3 minutes. Really, what more could you ask for?
Extremely unprofessional receptionist. She had the orders from my doctor in her hands but couldnt figure out what they meant. She called around trying to figure out what the orders code was at other labcorp locations but nobody wanted to help her. I couldnt help but notice that she kept saying no no no on the telephone like someone speaking to a three year old so I am not surprised nobody wanted to help her. After waiting 1/2 hr after it was my turn she said I would have to come back later once she can figure out what the medical orders meant.
Took time off work and went to a 10:00am appointment to have routine lab work done. There were people there that had been waiting for 2 hours for their 8:00 appointments and nobody decided to show up or bother to tell people with appointments that they decided to not open for the day. Huge waste of my time
Always making sure they are well stocked and customer safety is the utmost importance to them
I went to get lab work done on 6/17/20 at 1:30 and the lady who drew my blood was amazing! Im sorry, I dont remember her name but I thought Id put the time and date so she can get credit. I got in really fast, she was so sweet and made me feel at ease while getting my blood drawn. Thank you!
Me and my fiancée got here at 8:35 am, Monday July 20th. We were surprised to find that no one had opened the doors yet as theyre supposed to open at 8:30, but we didnt think too much of it, people sometimes run a few minutes late. But soon it was 9:00 am and a line was forming behind us of other people surprised to see that they werent open. An elderly man came in at 9:15 with an appointment, and he too was surprised to find no one was there. After waiting an hour with a line of 8 people behind us, we decided to leave. Do not come to this lab Corp, youll either find bad service as reflected by the other one star reviews, or worse, youll find no service at all.
Called multiple times with no call back after leaving voicemail. Demanded payment upfront, but refused payment from the company requiring and paying for the service. Arrived at 4:45 (well because we work!) and doors were closed and locked with the open sign still turned to OPEN. Figure it out.
I was weary about coming here for my lab work because of all the bad reviews I saw here. I normally do not post reviews but I felt that there has been an injustice in the Google reviews for this place. The staff are very courteous and was fun to be around. They were very professional, clean, and good at what they do. I needed 5 needles in me and I dont have any bruising after a few days. Thats amazing! You can only do appointments online -- otherwise it is walk in only. My wait time was pretty non-existent because I called in first and they gave me roughly the best time to come in.The reason it is a 4 star was because I had a test that they dont normally carry and it seemed like they have never done it before. They told me that it was available but when I came in the first time, it was not. However, they happily ordered it and I came back when they had it. Although they have never done it, they seem to be very thorough in doing it correctly and following procedures they had on their database.Edit: I wanted to also add in regards to other reviews that yes, it seems like there is only ever 1 or 2 people working there. They should have more on the busy times but I never had an issue during my two visits.
Supposed to be an express location. Getting here when they open at 8:30, the express check in was down. After over an hour wait time I was finally seen. Only one staff person doing everything at a snails pace. He needs additional help. I would never come here again.
There really should be a zero star option. I made an appointment a few days ago and took time off work to get my bloodwork done. I arrived at Labcorp and the office is closed! Really bad.
One person working and he would check someone in, do their test, then check the next person in. The check in machine was broken so he had to do it all himself and holy cow he was SLOW. There were 3 people in front of me and it took 30 minutes for me to just to check in for my gestational diabetes test. I chose this location because its close to my home, but if I have to go through LabCorp again for blood work I will absolutely choose a different location.
Worst lab experience ever. Went to the lab for typical annual exam tests. Walked in and was told to sign. That was the last human contact I had for the next 30 minutes. There were only two people in having tests besides me. One left after being called back 5 minutes after I arrived. The other remained chatting it up withtech for 30 minutes. I have had lab experiences for most of my adult life and will never return to them. I had my labs done today at another lab, took all of 10 minutes, and everyone there had the same great experience I did.Fix it, it is possible to do better, if you care.
Really put off by my recent phone call. Called to make an appointment. Her response, “Okayyy...?” And I’m like, really?? “Did I call the right place. Are you unable to help me?” And she tells me I need to schedule it online and that she won’t do anything. There was a much less rude way to tell me this! The online form was very user friendly. I’m debating cancelling my appt tho based on the reviews and how rude the person answering the phone was.
So rude and unhelpful. I left to go to another location
They close up shop and go home early.
This is supposed to be an authorized location to perform pre employment drug tests, just when Im checking in, after driving 20 minutes, the receptionist tells me they dont do that because of some problem with the restroom, I called the next nearest location and they wont even pick b up the phone.
The only positive was that it was open. After an hour waiting, the only woman operating the desk said she accidentally deleted my lab order and that I had to call my doctor and ask for another one. And I’ve been fasting for 12 hours!!I will NEVER return.
This morning 5/16/19 @9:00am I had my blood drawn by a lady with long black hair and it was absolutely the worst experience with a phlebotomist that I’ve ever had. To start she was extremely rude to everyone and there was no emotion to her. You could tell this was just a job to her. No personal skills at all. Second, she does not know how to draw blood correctly. I get my blood drawn 1-2 times a month because of my epilepsy and I have never had such a painful experience. She literally shoved it in and pulled it out as fast as she could. My arm is still in pain and I know it will bruise badly. I highly suggest going to someone/somewhere else if she happens to be the one working especially if you aren’t a fan of blood draws or have a hard time with them. I’ve gone to this location before and had a great experience with another phlebotomist but the one I had today, absolutely horrible. She is doing no good for their business.
LabCorp, since you bought out PacLab, the quality of service has gone down. The technician is knowledgeable and kind, but he is overworked. He should NOT be in that big clinic all by himself. In no way does any of my negative yet constructive feedback have to do with him. Instead, it has to do with the fact that you automate the check-in process and put just one phlebotomist in a large multiroom office handling a client list that is too long to be efficient. The check-in process, although automated through kiosk, must still be handled by a person (solo technician) to verify information scanned. You need to have at least two people on staff. Please quit cutting corners to save some money. It is glaringly obvious and I am hoping that my doctor could refer me to another lab for blood draws.
Every review you see here is correct. If you’re coming to this lab for a “5 minute” issue set aside at least an hour and a half of your time. Slow and disorganized.
I was the only one in the office and it took almost 1/2 hr. for the techs to figure out what to do. Then my doctor never received the lab results. After contacting their customer service dept. it was determined that the blood (my blood) was improperly prepared and shipped (i.e. needed to be frozen). Now my doctor and I have to do it all over again. Ill be looking for a different draw station.
Walked out on the stone cold and unaccommodating lab tech that should not be working in healthcare. The office also is very creepy.
I returned for blood tests and found all to be friendly, efficient and professional .
Never pickup phone, could not see request in Labcorp database from doctor, or see previous outstanding requests from doctor, returned voicemail three days later, argued with us about which test we were told to do by the Dr., and accused our Dr. of lying, to list a few complaints. Labcorp in Mill Creek had all the database requests, knew the tests, and made it happen, while answering phone calls, and serving NUMEROUS patients. Ill do anything to avoid Edmonds Labcorp.
This location didnt know their job, didnt keep appointment time, made me late for my next appointment, let me leave without my driver license, doesnt answer their phone, and doesnt return phone calls. Worst lab experience EVER @ 0 stars if that is possible
I found the staff friendly and competent. I had no wait time.
One tech on sight. If you dont make an appointment, be prepared for a bit of a wait.
Tamra was very friendly and professional!
I got there at 9:20 on Monday Not Open ? So much for customer service
Only have one person on staff. Wait times are extremely long even with an appointment. Customer service is at a low point at this location..
No one answers the phone call. Poor reputation.
Its 8:45 am and they say they are open at 8:30 am. Im just sitting outside the door and lights are off. Lame.
One person on staff. Showed up at 8:30. 9:50 now. Still waiting.
