I went for my daily walk and returned to find my smart lock being dumb as a stump. Chris totally saved me! I was stuck out of my car with my kids 90 minutes from home (somebody had destroyed the lock core trying to break in, and I didnt have my fob). Chris came right away and (a) helped me get in the car, and (b) spent an extra hour with me figuring out how to turn off the car alarm so I could actually drive home! It was a crazy situation, but he was totally patient and composed and committed to sticking with me until I could get home safe. In the end we had to take apart my door and put it back together there in the parking lot. I am so appreciative of Chris and highly recommend to anybody in a similar situation!

Called for a quote(2007 Camry) They’re just like any other scam/unethical lock smith company. Be sure to always get a confirmed quote before they show up. They will charge $80($29all fee and $65+) just to “show up”, then up charge from there, forcing you to pay, whether if you agree to the up charge or not. Never pay more than $80-$140 for a quick car lockout unless it’s after whole or emergency had weather situation.It’s alway the same basic tools(air bag, and exntension metal stick) nothing special.1star for unethical business quote.

I have a Smart Car & was told the ONLY place I could get a remote, or have a battery changed AND PROGRAMMED was Mercedes of Seattle. When I called them they confirmed this and quoted me $255 plus tax to change the battery & reprogram my key. Wise Locksmith was suggested to me (Bothell location) as possibly being able to do it for me. I went in and talked to Mike. He changed the battery, and there was NO REPROGRAMMING necessary. He charged me $10.86. HONEST, FRIENDLY, and PROFESSIONAL. I will be passing out their names to everyone I know for all types of locks, keys, etc.. Thank you for such a great experience!!
