Ladies and Gentlemen, I am one of the hairdressers here at Edmonds’ SuperCuts. I work with pride for the place and my goal is to protect the place from germs for everyone. I will not condone people who walk into the store unmasked yet without telling me whether or not they have had their vaccines done for them to be able to do so under CDC guidelines. I will refuse services when I do not feel respected, safe because I do have my high risk family at home waiting for me. I hope all of my customers will understand this-Thank You for YOUR LOYALTY.Those who want to threaten MOMO for being careful on the job, I will show 0 fear.

My father needed a haircut, so this was our first time at this Supercuts location in Edmonds, WA. The owner did a horrendous job on my Dad’s haircut!I asked her several times to make sure his haircut was blended in well — it wasn’t. It looks more like a bowl cut. Furthermore, my dad had originally told her he was looking at a three quarters off on the length of the cut or maybe more. He wanted to see how his hair looked before deciding if he wanted to have it cut more or not. During the end, when it was clear my dad’s hair needed more grooming, the owner claimed that she would charge extra to cut his hair shorter. At that point I was fed up with her discourteous and obnoxious attitude. The owner smuggling declared that she knows how to blend a haircut very well. Evidently not considering the proof is in the pudding.I will never go to the Edmonds location again. I usually go to the Supercuts in Bellevue, and it’s a completely different experience. They don’t charge extra to take off more than originally stated. In addition, the owner and her employees in the Bellevue branch know how to blend a haircut.Waste of my time and money. Caveat emptor, populi! Caveat emptor.

Have been going here since moving to the area about 5 years ago. Except for Kathy, the the entire staff has turned over at least twice. But, all the people seem to be very nice. My primary interaction is with Kathy -- shes great! Always pleasant and friendly. Very business-like in that she always asks how I want my hair cut, but also asks about things going on in my life (family, work, etc.). On top of that, she is very accomplished -- always providing an excellent cut. Highly recommend her. You just need to call to make an appointment the same day you want your hair done-- shes so good, she seems to have a very loyal clientele, and is always busy.

I would choose Hairmasters in Shoreline--if they ever reopen. Aside from communicating with a mask on, my stylist decided shed remove-- without tapering--down to 3/4 inch all the way to the part.Never again. Chop shops do exist in the salon business.

Something severely wrong here when you check in for the NEXT AVAILABLE stylist and the available stylist tells you to wait for the stylist who is still working on someone! Kathy ignored me and made me wait for a different stylist. I told her that it doesnt matter who does it, but I dont want to wait longer. She didnt care. MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO. Having to wait an extra 10 minutes makes a difference when you have other things to do. Will be phoning the manager about this and most likely wont be back.

I cant remember the name of the girl who did my hair but she did an excellent job! I didnt want to spend a lot just for a hair cut so no $7 shampoo. She just spritzed it a bit with a spray bottle and started cutting away, adding some layers. I showed her 3 pictures of how I wanted it to be and when she asked which one I couldnt make up my mind. She made it versatile so I can do whatever I want with it. I will definitely go back to her again and get her name so I can tell you next time as well.

My trim took 5 minutes and cost the same as a full haircut. The lady went super fast and it looks super choppy, and a man before me went out with an uneven fade after her only working 5 minutes. No hot towel, no conversation, I wont make this mistake again.

Cathy is always so cheerful and goes out of her way to be nice. I lost track of her for about a year. During that time I would go in for a haircut but I would leave when I didnt see her. I even went 6 months without a cut. I am so happy to have her around again. Thanks

Do good job

Asked for a Caesar cut, nothing crazy. Just wanted to get the blue part of my hair trimmed off so I can go back to my natural color. After the haircut was done there was still a ton of blue. I asked for the blue to be cut off again and ten minutes later she says we’re done. Still a lot of blue. She told me we couldn’t go any shorter or it would look bad yet my hair was twice as long as a Caesar cut should be. I don’t know if it’s a language barrier or not but she told me to come back in one week to get the rest of the blue taken off. If I knew I was going to need a second haircut I’d have just shaved my head at home for free. Would not recommend at a $23 price point. 2 stars becuse the place was at least clean and presentable.

Every now and then there is that one in a million person who just does what they do with an understanding and a talent for what they do . Had my hair cut today by Vy at this Supercuts. The best haircut Ive had in years, totally pleasant human experience. I just wish I could grow my hair faster now.Really Excellent, Thank You Vy

Good haircut. Dont bother calling ahead. It doesnt accomplish anything. Theyll give you a time to show up. Youll show up. Then theyll proceed to cut everyone who physically showed up before you, even though they didnt call ahead and you showed up before your appointment time. I prefer to not wait 45 minutes to get my haircut, especially when I call ahead. Im gonna go elsewhere after today. Ideally someplace that understands and honors the concept of appointments.

This has been one of my go to spots for haircuts. They do a good job and the barbers seem pretty professional. Have gotten good results so far. But it is a little far from where I live so I have been here only a few times.

There manager/other people that work there, were rude to me, I wrote a letter to thier corporation, I never got a apology from anyone, this happened on Veteran Day. I served my country from 1987-1993/I was in the Navy.

Unbelievable. Made a specific appointment. Called ahead befire coming to make sure they could take me at the time of my appointment. Then I drive there right on time and they say. Im sorry it will be 20 minutes Customer Lost

This place is god awful. I ask for 1/2 and inch off and longer in the front. I get 2 inches off everywhere. Learn your measurements, if 0 stars was a thing, id give -5

The one on ballinger is just k there not my favorite thou the supercuts that is in edmonds wa a few months ago i had my hair cut by this wonderfull woman she truly listeded to me

While one stylist is pretty good and gives me what I asked for, with the others Ive received some atrocity that wasnt even close to what I described one too many times---and I asked for, more or less, the same thing every time.

If you need a trim and dont want to spend a fortune here you go. Its worth calling ahead to make a appointment.

What I want to know is who lets some of the people here cut hair. I literally have to go home before work to try to fix a hair cut that i paid for.

I’ve been a client of Kathy at The Edmonds shop for about 5 years. She is a very nice talented lady who consistently provides top service. I enjoy going into the shop. It is a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend the Edmonds Supercuts.
