BUYER BEWARE! Morgan is great if youre a happy customer, but he is HORRIBLE if youre an unhappy customer. In April 2021, I paid him $1600 for what he said was a 20-25ft tree. He delivered a 16ft tree (his crew helped me measure it.) I asked for a refund for the first time on April 19, but was persuaded to try to find another tree. I tried working with him to select another tree, but he didnt have what I was looking for. On May 26, I declined the trees he suggested and asked for a refund. He promised to mail my refund. He promised to drop it off at my house. I did not receive my refund until I posted photos of multiple text messages to Facebook. He accused me of being childish. He accused me of being a cyber bully. He threatened to withhold my refund until my review was removed. He has blocked my Facebook account from leaving a review. I can’t upload more photos to my original Google review so I am uploading them hear. You be the judge of whether or not he withheld my refund.

$2200 tree. Got sick within a year. Will not respond.

Today my neighbor and myself had some new trees installed. They come with a 2 year warranty.We each bought Lace Bark Elms.Very professional and affordable.We called around on prices and looked at there reviews.If you need a tree I would recommend
