Was easy to work with, kind, & helpful. Although I wish they offered a wider variety of unique monogram options.

I had 7 shirts monogrammed through Personal Touch and they were perfect! I had shirts done for my bridesmaids and myself and the pricing was reasonable and done really quickly! Ill definitely be using Personal Touch again!

The BEST place to get any monogramming or embroidery done. They do excellent work, including custom if you bring something in that you want done, very reasonable prices, friendly, and the best part, fast! I needed something done in 2 days and they rushed the order for no extra charge. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

I left a Christmas gift to be embroidered and was told her name would cover the front of the item. It was ready the last day they were open before Christmas and looked nothing like we had discussed. When I questioned the lady, she said the person Who originally helped me was new and I was basically SOL. Not helpful at all and she couldn’t have cared less. I won’t be going back. It was also pretty expensive
