They are good people. I used them for my disability case and they helped me to win my case. I had two other attorneys before them and was denied both times before. I highly recommend them.

I hired Mr. Mitzner, and he didn’t even have the decency to meet me, shake my hand, thank me for doing business with him or anything. He keeps his office doors locked during business hours. When Social Security attempted to fast track my case and requested that he send in information for a review prior to my hearing date, he repeatedly ignored their requests. When I called his office to ask why, they said they were just going to wait for an actual hearing date months away. Since he dragged his feet representing me, I fired him, and hired someone else who actually met with me personally and was very helpful. I won my case two years ago, and now Mr. Mitzner has decided to try to collect fees against my Social Security Benefits as if he actually represented me throughout my case. He billed me $71 for office supplies, and is also attempting to take the maximum amount allowed by the federal government even though he really didn’t DO anything on my case. It’s rather disingenuous to claim more in fees than the attorney who actually did stand beside me in the courtroom and fight for me. He is attempting to take advantage of the fee system by submitting a bill and trying to basically get a whole lot of something for a whole lot of nothing. When I called his office to inquire about the fees and verify if he is, in fact, billing against my benefits, the gentleman who answered the phone was less than cooperative, rude, and had no valid explanation or numbers of hours worked on my case to reflect or justify such an exorbitant fee. I do not recommend using this attorney.

I’ve read the reviews good and bad. It is true you will not speak to Mr Mitzner until you meet him for court. When I first met him he was up to speed on my medical and work history. He knew exactly how to argue my case.People like myself who are disabled get anxious and start doing research and think they need to guide the lawyer but you don’t ... just be patient , trust Mr Mitzner and his staff and stay out of their way. These guys know what they’re doing. I will say I’ve requested records or documents and received them quickly. If you want an attorney to coddle you and hold your hand this may not be the firm for you but if you want someone who will win your case then I highly recommend Mt Mitzner and his team. I received a fully favorable decision after being turned down by other firms because I was “too young”. Mr Miles didn’t bat an eyelash at my age. He only represents people who are truly disabled and he does care to get them the benefits they deserve.

Miles Mitzner is an amazing attorney!! Ive referred several people to him and so far hes won every one of their cases. Hes working on my aunts case right now and winning it. Hes gotten more accomplished than her previous lawyer that she had for 8 yrs. Shes been fighting for her social security for that long and got nowhere. Mr. Mitzner has already almost finished her case and its only been a few months. I highly recommend hiring him if youre trying to get social security!!!!

This is the worst Law Firm ever. A friend of mine has been trying to receive their disability for some years now. They are VERY unprofessional and will hang up on you when you prove them wrong. Oh and by the way wont even answer your calls. I wouldnt recommend the last human on earth to come to this law firm.

This firm is unbelievable uncaring will not talk to you will not do as you ask. Even tho your paying them. Ive research phone number for them to call and they refused to call on my behalf. Mr miles mitzner will not return phone call his staff is very combative with you when you call.his staff wants to do nothen they will not send you copies or anything. This is the worse firm Ive ever dealt with.and they lie to you. I wouldnt recommend them for a cockroaches.it looks as if my complaints are similar to other people complaints. Oh yea tony is such a liar.tell you one thing then when you check yourself you find it wasnt true. Mr mitzner will not speak to you on the phone. I though I hired Mr miles mitzner not the girl at the desk.they need to learn compassion. Understanding. Caring. And most of all to be quiet and listen to the clients. Without us clients they are without a job. Im filed a complaints with the ok state bar they will be investigated by the attorney general office. Everyone should read all these complaints against this firm before hiring them yall will see this isnt a good firm to use.Cox wasnt the problems the problems are the staff. What next are the owners gonna say I wasnt a client.im also going to Amanda Taylor at news 9 and Scott hines. Im tired of shady attorney getting away with stuff.they need to be held accountable.
