I took my HP All-in-One desktop in for a new cooling fan. The part was no longer available, so I had to buy a new computer. Wayne advised me to bring in the new one, still in the box, and they would transfer the data. They used a mirror technique for the transfer of my old hard drive and physically moved my secondary drive to the new machine. It worked perfect, and I didnt have to reconfigure any settings or install any programs. Everything was exactly as it was on the old computer. The cost was reasonable and the service was great. Highly recommend.

I could not more heartily recommend Wayne and the computer Zone. They are efficient and quick and excellent and discuss trying to get you the best value for your money. I trust them. I was having issues with my PC randomly crashing and decided to bring it to Computer Zone. Tech looked it over and determined it was my liquid cooling system that had stopped working. I ordered my new unit and had my computer back by the end of the week. We had some issues with some miscommunication about the right size part and I did ultimately have to exchange it with the right size which delayed the fix but Wayne more than made up for the mistake by giving me a temporary solution to my issue while waiting to get the right part. I would highly recommend anyone to use Computer Zone due to their amazing customer service as well as finding out the issue in a very short amount of time.

To say Im impressed would be an understatement. My hard drive went out completely, and they had it diagnosed and completely replaced in exactly 24 hours. My computer is SO fast now and everything was restored on my computer exactly as I had left it right down to the tabs that were open on Google Chrome. While it wasnt cheap ($375 for hard drive and labor on a Dell Precision) I am so impressed and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a PC having computer issues.

Ive had to bring in several computers, laptops, and hard drives over the years to be serviced, and its all be done very professionally and with as much speed without compromise to work as possible. Everything from helping me install my very first graphics card, all the way up to helping to restore a nearly bricked hard drive. They simply are the best place to go!My grandfather recently brought his laptop in to have a hard drive replaced and the operating system updated, and they were able to get to it quickly and relatively inexpensively. He was incredibly happy with the work done, and can now get back to not only getting his work done, but watching his golf videos (YouTube, lol).This place is absolutely the best when it comes to repairing computers. I first found Computer Zone about 23 years ago when I needed someone to fix my Apple McIntosh computer. It was the only place I could find to fix an Apple. Their business was great then and still is! Since that time I havent had many computer repairs, but every time I have, this is the only place I go. My most recent repair was a hard drive problem and they are alway careful to try to recover any data -- and they have always been successful. I took my computer in on a Thursday evening and had it back on Saturday morning -- repaired with all data restored at a great price. Matt and Wayne are both so helpful in explaining the problem and exactly what needs to be fixed. They are the best in their business!
