Cary Small, and his crew are all top notch, and overall just amazing people.They guided us through our kitchen remodel from beginning to end, with nothing being unaddressed in the process. Their attention to detail is unmatched.If you want a company that will guide you, take the time to explain what will work for your particular remodel and what will not, and puts a hundred and ten percent into their workmanship and customer service, this is the company to use.Seriously, I cant say enough about these guys.5 stars all day long!

Fossil Stone did an amazing job installing countertops at Ellis Island Coffee and Wine Lounge. They were very helpful during the consultation process and then were very professional and prompt during installation! Will definitely come to them to install countertops again!

We updated our countertops, backsplash, guest bath floor and vanity, and we even had them redo our fireplace with a new mantle. Great results and truly just good people to work with.

Hired Cary and his team at Fossil to do just the counters originally and I was going to subcontract the rest myself. He mentioned that they did it all so I had them paint and do the carpentry as well. Highly skilled individuals, very good communicators, made us feel like family. I would recommend Fossil Stone to anybody interested in doing home updates, and I will use them in the future!

Did a small job with Fossil Stone, and it went great. Super easy process. Michael was friendly and super helpful, and the guys that came out, Joel and Bryce, were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely will be calling again next time I need something done!

We bought some tile from Fossil and I messed up and ordered the wrong color. Michael was a huge help to me and reordered the correct color with no extra charges. All the employees there were very helpful. Two of installers helped my son and I unload the returned tile..Great service! kudos to the owner for hiring Michael, Ashley, Merissa, & delivery guys..which was free!

That employee was not aware they no longer worked for you until they just read this comment . This pretty much sums the whole thing up here even adding to the initial comment which just stated my personal experience and that was the worst customer service I have ever had. They came to my home to give an estimate on tiling bathroom . They walked through and said they would be getting back with me . I never heard one thing back even after attempting to reach out on my own . I was told when I called 3 weeks later that someone was handling my bid and would get back with me . They never called me. The overall experience was just very poor communication, customer acknowledgement and customer service skills . After removing my initial comment I noticed the caddy comment left by one of the people employed their. Once again a complete lack of any buisness sense and any experience in customer related issues . I believe kindness and communication can resolve almost anything . After my first review which stated my personal experience and choice not to hire them . A message was sent to the employee who found out they were no longer employed through this review. To relay to me . The message was not kind or even remotely professional. It was immediately threatening in a scary way . Involving police that would be sent to watch me and even going to the level of starting they were aware that I owned my home and they would sue me. That’s scary behavior coming from a reputable buisness.

We had Fossil Stone do a significant amount of work on a house we recently purchased in OKC. They refreshed badly damaged oak trim throughout, and painted the interior. They built pantry and bookcases matching existing woodwork. They installed new quartz countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. We could not be more pleased. These people are exceptional and we now regard them as friends.

This company knows customer service!! me and my husband decided to upgrade our countertops to granite and have tile put in our kitchen and they did a beautiful job!! a few weeks after they installed it, we had a small issue with one of the tile pieces and the owner himself came out the same day I called and fixed it. if youre looking for granite and tile people in edmond, these are the people to call!!

Everyone is so kind and helpful. Everything is in house! No mystery workers!!!
