The entire staff doesnt seem to know whats going on. Unprofessional, to say the least!I left my original review, but as of late, they have really stepped up and now they are the best part of State Farm Insurance company. If youre unhappy with a service youre paying for, then speak up and let them know. Thats the only way for things to be changed.
