Load up quick even been late to appointment 35 mins... very cool people in the front desk...

Big mistake. Dont ever load there.i had to be there by a certain time. Get there a half hour early and they r in a meeting. Was there 1 and half hours only to find out 2 trucks ahead of me. Staff is very rude alsoAnd they just let u stand there for 10 or 15 minutes b 4 helping u. Ive been asked 4 times by 3 different people my load #. I finally said ask her. Update. 4 hours to get loaded then the manager tries to tell me about how he takes pride in getting the drivers in and out quick. I dont think so.

This place is a joke!! They are very rude at front desk, they straight ignore you when you walk in.You would think people want to get their products moved in a timely manner, this company doesn’t care! They had us waiting for 24 hours for 1 pallet. The front desk girl made up 3 different excuses back to back in why we could get our load, most likely it was because she wanted to go home early. The next day it was they didn’t have a loaded then it was the load isn’t ready, then it was straight ignoring. Very poor customer service!

All of the workers are lazy. You can see them by the way they walk, talk and work. Slow .including the manager.

I am giving them 1 star because I cant give them 0 stars.They are disorganised, lazy, inconsiderate to the point of rude, and uncommunicative.The last time I came here, I waited nearly 4 hours to get 3 pallets. Today, I have already been sitting more than 5 hours and there is no sign of getting my load anytime soon.If you have a choice, dont accept any loads coming out of this joint.

If u picking up vine, get the NJ liquor permit first. And make sure order is ready with paper works. Second time here and same problem. Not organized company
