They need better website transparency and better customer service on inbound sales calls. For the webpage transparency: if your minimum orders a month are 1,000 units then why not advertise that. For you phone customer service: whoever is handling that is anything but professional, helpful, or honest about pricing- theyre very cagey and rushing. I assume the operators basically act as a lead funnel to capture all your info and sell it to other fulfillment and 3PLs if youre not their right fit and then get onto the next client.I agree with Wes P and Jamie Silber

These guys are awesome! I deal with big box retailers and these guys handle the impossible shipments, fast and efficiently. They are really on top of everything and always there to give a tip on a way to do things better.

There is no need to publicly you know be like a high school girl and be really unprofessional and I dont need to have done business with you or you dont need to know if I know of anybody who work there has work there thats none of your business just be more professional

We have been working with 3PL for almost 10years now. Never had any major issue with the warehouse service and the shipping. 3PL team has always been helpful and supportive when there is an urgent request. I can really trust them with my products.

Great service and make things done at the same day.

This has to be the worst warehouse in New Jersey. I had to move all of our inventory out after only 4 weeks. The communication was awful. The service was extremely slow. 80% of our UPS orders were shipped incorrectly. Do yourself a favor and do not even think of using 3PL Center.

The place looks very good for the service they provide, but we met yesterday September 13, 2021 with the boss with a very unpleasant attitude.He was disrespectful and unprofessional, I think he doesnt enjoy his job, he must have a very complicated personal life to be like that at work.I give it 2 stars because I think they can improve the boss.We will have to see each other again, so I will update my comment.
