Hire competent people who understand the products they are renting. Called in over the phone, was told yes the equipment I needed was on site. Not only was the size machine not present the employee didn’t know the difference between basic terminology for different machines.

Terrible guys here. The guy charged me extra money when I rent a truck there. What they did was spending a lot of time to check before giving it to you and before you can return the truck. And they added up those checking time to your rental time. It was about 20 minutes delay when I try to find the guy and return the key. When I come to the guys desk and say hi to him, he ignored me and walked away. He pretend to have another thing to do. But he just went out and tried to talk to someone he knows and spent some time. And then he walk slowly back to his desk. Thats the worst attitude I experienced at home depot! He took the key and again slowly walk to the truck and drive the truck to the place he preferred and asked me to stay back and spent a long time to check the truck. I fully filled the gas and it was not full when I got the truck. I dont understand what could take him such a long time. its about 10 minutes later, he went back. and input the same time he went back as in time. And he just inform me thats done with out giving me the receipt. I asked him if I could talk to his manager. He start asked me to ask customer service! I finally find a manager who could talk to him and get back 5 dollars. I was doing this not only for the 5 dollars. I was more angry about the attitude they have for their customer and wasting extra 1 hour to deal with such kind of guy. I want to post this message to let people know how bad they are doing. I wont suggest you come for rental! If you do, --- good luck!

Too bad ... never see this kind of staff any part of USA. Before return van we fill the tank full even gas station guy tried to fill as much as he can. Still when returned they are saying not full. I don’t what was expectation. We supposed to give him a barrel of gas so he can use his car for next 2 months or so. No idea he charged me extra for that w/o explanation. Try to bring a jar of gas when u will return the van if u take rent from them

I went looking for grade 8, 7/16 × 4 1/2 screws. You have to rifle through the draws because things arent organized only to find they were out. Just to make sure I asked for help from staff members both times and got a very lazy limp of the wrist point in a direction then were referred to ask the key maker. His reply was I only make the keys have them to page someone. Then I was passed onto a self checkout staff member then to a cashier then to Tool Rental which reluctantly did give help. Simply... Amazing..

Friendly staff, clearly explained the truck rental process which also went smoothly.

Half of the rental tools were broken the others had no bits. Salesman said no money in the budget.

Guys at a tool rental ripped me off. Avoid.
