SCAM ALERT!Ordered a Kodak Scan Station to scan documents and received a photo negatives scanner! Seller ignores all communication attempts to solve the situation.
Please update your apps!!!!! its not right to sell products and offer no kind of support. The polaroid cube+ is useless now since the last update was 2017! How hard can it be to keep an app current so user can continue to enjoy their Polaroid Products!!Update:So I spoke with Tom and he explained the whole situation with me, thank you for taking the time out to reach out to me and restoring my faith in Polaroid. They use licenses from out of date companies to make low quality products. I was not happy with the quality of product I received.

Poor company to do business with. Most companies will extend credit, particularly after receiving large payments, they will not. Paid 90% of an order on Tuesday and would not even release the order with bank confirmation that remaining 10% of payment was sent Wednesday to arrive in their account on Thursday. Not worth the hassle if you can find another vendor.
Family run company - interesting products and people. Good work environment for people who actually work.
I didnt event make a purchase yet and already had a bad experience. called to see if I can speak with someone and was transferred 2x with 30 mins of hold time and no answer. They dont deserve the business.

C & A Marketing, Inc. appears to desire to sell but does not follow through on after-purchase problems. I need a manual that was not included in an Ivation product it markets. The product furnished a phone number that was not answered or returned by C & A Marketing or by Ivation, and C & As customer service department did not return my calls. The problem is still not resolved.
