All of the stylists here are great but Dickson was the best at matching the cut to my unique head shape.. Walk-ins are also welcome, I recommend this place if you are in the area...👍💪💪

I went in here for the first time and was best hair cut I received till date . Mr. Texan (Dixson) was very professionaland gentle . I never felt so nice after an hair cut, I will always prefer to visit here back.

Ask to trim my ends and make sure its straight line without any layers. Specifically mentioned couple times that I dont want no layers. What I got was shoked, all my hair is different length and all is layered up in addition very short cut. Never had such bad experience, very disappointed.

It is my 3rd time going and it will definitely be my last, the older lady i believe she is Jamaican. She was very rude and rough with my hair. I was also planning on getting my eyebrows done too but i couldnt sit there any longer. I feel bad for the other stylist.

The staff are not very welcoming... I wanted to use my Supercuts card, and I was told that I cant use it since they are a franchise and wont be able to honor the special price / gift cards.

I have been going here for 4 years now. Always clean, friendly, and fast. I come in with hair already damp from a shower and get my trim done 20 minutes maximum. Love you ladies! ❤️❤️❤️

Went to Ellen today for the first time. She was amazing! Made my three year old feel super comfortable and did such a great job on her hair. You can tell she really has alot of experience in this business. She also did a great job on my husbands hair. Well definitely be coming back here :) Were very happy!!!

Actually, i do like my haircut. but jason had a hard time listening to what i wanted. i just wanted a trim only on the sides and he was about to cut the hair in the back. i had to quickly move and tell him what i wanted again. and he was kind enough to ask if i wanted to trim the top. but even tho i said no he tried so hard to convince me. and when he was telling the other stylist what haircut i got, he was making faces and was clearly judging me. not happy.

This location was definitely prepared for covid. They check your temperature and have plastic barriers between each seat. Even though they accept walk-ins, I would recommend getting an appointment since they can get busy. I only needed a slight trim, so I cant attest much to their skill since it probably wouldve been hard to get that wrong. But the man who cut my hair was very nice and did exactly what I asked with no nonsense. He was also very gentle with my hair, which is something I never noticed was an issue with previous people until now. Overall, I left feeling satisfied and calm. It was a good first experience with super cuts - I felt like these people took good care of me and my hair.

Not at all happy with my haircut. Even it’s hard to find any difference between before and after the haircut. It’s just look same. There is no finished line around the ear and back of the neck. Just wasted my money. The stylist has no interest to give a good hair cut. There is un even hair all around my head. Probably might have to get another haircut to fix it at different place. Very disappointing.

Okay haircut, a bit expensive though. $23 for an 8 minute trim. Didnt get my temperature checked and it could have been cleaner. Been to a few supercuts in the area that have been better. Will go elsewhere next time.There are two reasons that my name didnt show up in your system. One its super difficult to spell. Second I generally dont give my legal name for anything, would recommend checking the name I gave it check in which is Emily.

Sindy is a great hairstylist. She is quick and she understands exactly how you want your hair to be. During covid, social distancing has been maintained and transparent separators are in place in between 2 chairs to minimize spread. All the machines have been sprayed with sanitizer every time its used.

Great place to get a haircut, they are very COVID conscious in their practices and they have nice privacy barriers put up between the chairs. Everyone wears masks and they take your temperature on the way in. I feel very safe getting a high quality haircut from them at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Before I went to Supercuts for the first time located in Edison, I looked that there are many Supercuts locations like as franchises based on profits and not serving a unique customer service, so I felt I shouldnt trust on that kind of business. But I decided to trust on them, I wanted to get a first haircut with them and hoping my expectations about them was wrong. The person who attended me and did my haircut was a black woman and wasnt friendly welcome. I asked her for a come over hair style and fade..During my haircut I knew I should trust my instints, she start using her haircut tools with inexperienced for this hair style, I told her on the side she did deeper cuts than other and uneven and she said its my hair that one area its harder than other areas, and asking me what kind of hair products do I use, Ive never hear someone working in haircut business that knows what theyre really doing that says this kind of excuses 🙄, one good thing is she could fix the uneven cuts. I felt uncomfortable also got hair in my eye. At the end I never get the top part done of the come over style, she just cut the top length part as she liked it and moved it to the side, I believe she dont know what a come over style is. I didnt like it, my haircut is poor quality, I believe for time and money spent there its not worth it. This is not a place for a great looking hair styles for men, if someone is looking for hair style, its better to go to a barbershop and not a regular haircut salon. Also when I took a shower a lot of cutting hair fall off from my head. Ill never come back.

It was my first haircut at Edison NJ after moving in from Houston Texas two months ago. I always had good experiences and great services at Supercuts chained salons. Laura, the manager has done a professional, skillful and attentive job on my haircut today. Love the extra free service of hot towel on the shoulder with light finger pressing, felt relaxing. Overall, a great experience in the salon and definitely be back for other hairdo services.

1st time to this location. In and out Saturday morning no wait. Sindy did great job. Have long hair and always nervous will be butchered. She listened and was perfect.

Had come here for at least the last 2 years and this is the last. I was told a short wait and have been waiting 30 min + customer service starts with integrity and honesty. Unfortunately Supercuts in Edison has decided that is not the policy. And my time has no value.. looking forward to the change peace out

I have been coming to this location for a few years. But recently I have been making my appointment for an haircut and many times still have to wait over an hour before getting an haircut. This last time, I had to leave since it was again the same issue. Most likely not going here again.

Always in and out. Been going here for years. Never had a problem. Laura and Maria are very friendly. Once my 6 year old was sad about his cut after we got home but was afraid to tell the lady he didnt like it. We went back the next day and they fixed it no charge.

It was new years eve and as usual I waited last minute for a blowout, I called and explain my situation and they made an appointment for me.Ill make this my go to place for a blowout..

I had the worst haircut ever. The stylist - Heather was in a big hurry and there was NO OTHER customer waiting in the store at that time. The end result was horrendous and now i have to wait for my hair to grow to get it cut again :-(. I have had my hair cut here by other stylists and havent had a problem. Sarah has always done a good job with my hair.

I live in a different town but go all the way here, my hair cuts are great and consistent every time. Laura is great, she gets it right every time.
