During a visit for an inquiry, the attendant started the job without my consent, saying that it was a 2 min job, but also said that he will charge me 50% more as it was about closing time.I refused to pay more and said that Ill come back the next morning, especially when I had not requested him to start work and had only requested a quote.That person stopped that work, snapped at me and muttered something that I could not hear.Very distasteful experience. There are better places out there... From a service perspective at least...

Cannot trust. Be very careful with the people over there. My Audi was having a minor issue and I gave it for a repair and oil change. After a couple of days a huge black smoke was coming from the silencer. They completely messed up my car and finally not in running condition, and they didn’t help with that. They are not trust worthy and don’t leave your car there. They don’t deserve one star too.

I went for small work, and the guy there was friendly and took no time fixing the thing for me.

I have done many repairs for an old Toyota Sienna. Very reliable, patient and authentic repairing center. They attended a problem of horn and airbag at least 5 times until and unless it is resolved with no additional charge. I appreciate their work and attention. I will recommend this shop to my friends and colleagues.

I went to the shop for Changing my tires and I talk to the guy working over there he said he’s going to charge me $15 tired to change it with wheel balancing and everything and now when he removes my tires he tells me that I charge you extra for rebalancing and everything and that Is really not fair if I knew he was a cheat I won’t even go there. but I had a really bad experience and hopefully anyone who goes there make sure you ask him or else he’s going to overcharge you and. these people are cheat

Really good experience.Super honest work. Other shops tried charging me a ridiculous diagnosis fee just to run an OBD2 scan even though I had free one already from Autozone. Krishna correctly diagnosed the problem and suggested we first simply try to reset the computer as a gas attendant had forgotten to put back the gas cap a few weeks back.5/5 I would definitely recommend.

Went here to inquire about if they deal in selling and purchase of used cars.The Owner was not very friendly and took my contact information saying that he would call me soon as soon someone inquires about a used Car. But never received any response or call from them. I presume they might have not got any customers interested in a used Car.Otherwise the place seems okay. I did not use any of their services but just writing this review based on my experience in terms of visit to the Repair center.

I had a repair for front axel and he replaced with a new one but still I have the same issue when I went back he says there is someother issue with someother part. Said its fine just drive around no problem without fixing the issue.

By far the best mechanic Ive ever dealt. I paid over $300 to have my car looked at by VW specialists. They told me itd be $1200 more to fix it. Krishna correctly diagnosed my problem and fixed everything for $240.

It was my drawback.. just a journalist but very little mechanical knowledge and hence always got cheated when it came to repairs of cars, home et al. Our Dodge Caravan was garaged for two years and in the process had developed problems. Hence consulted some media contacts and two out of three recommended Krishna Auto Repair on Oak Tree Road, Edison, NJ. It was a long ride from home, about an hour but was worth it. Umang, who is in charge of the operation, took care of the car that would deserve more than five stars. It was hassle free, very professional service and the charges were much less than I had expected. The mechanics too were very courteous and kept me informed of the work being done. These days very difficult to find such honest people in the auto repair business. Hats off to you guys. Proud of you.

Dont go they will damage your car engine.very unprofessional.they give you very cheap price for the parts and also they will give you cheap labour price.but in reality they will use very low quality parts but they tell you original parts price but actually that price is included withParts Price = ( low quality parts price + labour )+Labour ( labour that actually) gave you.
