I recently had to transfer to Teacherbuilder from a alternative teaching certification program that was going to leave me high and dry due to them closing down. Thankfully, Teacherbuilders great staff made my transition over to their program seamless. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They have great constant communication with you and will answer to the wee hours of the night. I most definitely recommend these guys for your teaching certification needs!

It’s an easy program, but you definitely need to take responsibility for yourself and make sure you are submitting things with time, then you should have no trouble in getting your certificate. My time with Teacher Builder was awesome. I was able to gain my certificate with ease I am proud to be a part of the Teacher Builder family.I recently heard that my supervisor passed away and I wanted to come on this review tool to pay my respects to the great man that taught me a lot about the profession. Mario Garza encouraged me to create a learning environment that was a haven for children. He taught me that children are eager learn if they feel safe and comfortable. He told me that I was not only teaching them my subject area but also I was in charge of teaching them to be productive members of society. I am sorry to hear that such a great man is no longer with us. I truly am saddened to hear the news.

Great program. Every time I struggled with a course or studying for my exam, they were there to help. It helps to know the direct lines of the staff. I appreciate that they attended to me outside of office hours. There were times that I had questions after the office was closed. I know I must have been a pain but they were so willing to help. Excellent program!! My sister completed the program 2 years ago and I am in the process of completing my requirements.I am grateful for the hard work the employees do.Advisor Martin Villa and Mrs. Cardenas are always eager to answer my questions and are always very helpful.Ms. Jeane is exceptionally dedicated. She met with me and showed me how to properly study for my exams.Although, it is difficult to get anyone to answer the main line, I am lucky enough to have the direct numbers of some of the employees and they are always quick to answer my calls.

Choose a different program!!!! Save your time and money and choose absolutely ANYONE else! Their communication is horrible: they never answer the phone, the person you need to speak to is never there, if you leave a message it takes 7 DAYS for them to call you back!They make careless mistakes and they wont do anything about it until YOU bring it up to their attention. They dont care to double check their work, otherwise these things wouldnt happen!They charged the monthly $400 fee twice, so I had $800 taken out of my account and I called three times a day with no answer. I finally had it taken care of, but it was a hassle.When I finally submitted all my paperwork to have my certification issued, they put it on hold because they couldnt find two of my papers. I had a feeling to call them and good thing I did, because when I spoke to Ms. Cardenas and told her I handed them to her personally, she said, Oh yes, theyre right here.Please choose an ACP who knows what theyre doing.

Great, just wonderful program. Staff is extremely helpful and supportive, both when getting ready for an exam and throughout the internship year. Classes are all online and at-your-own-pace. Excellent guidance throughout the entire certification process. Definitely recommend, 10 out of 10!!!

I love teacher builder! They are beyond helpful and extremely informative. I had a million questions and Stephanie really explained everything to me in detail. Amazing, amazing, amazing!

This place is ridiculous. I applied to take the exam and went to the restroom during the test. As soon as I walked out of the restroom, the man running the program was getting on my case, saying I needed to hurry up and get back to the test. I don’t understand why they would do this.I’ve taken the PPR at a different facility, and they let me take a break as long as I need since it’s my time and I paid for the test. These guys at teacher builder were on my case saying I needed to hurry up and get back. I suffer from anxiety. I need breaks. These guys refused to acknowledge that and made a scene that could be heard all the way in the testing room. Never going here again. Do not recommend.

This program is great. If you do the work, you will be successful. The staff is always ready to help me and are quick to answer any questions that I have. I have attended tutorial sessions that they offer and I have learned so much. Ms. Sauceda is very knowledgeable and hosts great tutorial sessions. I would definitely recommend this program.

I am thankful for Teacher Builder. Ms. Cardenas and Martin are excellent and are very knowledgeable. Ms. Reveca in the Brownsville office is very helpful and I appreciate her assistance. I do not recommend this program to anyone. Once they get your money, you are on your own. Trying to get some help, will take days of effort just to get it. It was A BIG WASTE OF MONEY.

I was with Teacher Builder for a very long time due to my procrastination and fear of test. They were always very helpful and Ms. Cardenas was very professional at all times - even when I knew I was being quite annoying. My supervisors, Mr. Garza and Mr. Munoz, were great and Rebecca from finance was always a doll.The work is all online and you never have to report for any meetings or gatherings - which I’ve heard is done in other programs.I highly recommend this program.

Honestly you can go somewhere better. I reccomend region one. This place has lack of communication with their clients, they dont answer their phones a lot and well they do t guide you that well. Go somewhere else where they do guide you, support you and help you all they can because they wont here.

In process of certification right now. Its a credible program all official with TEA. All the work is online YAY! All the lessons are really great, helped me pass my content exam.Also their website has a LIVE CHAT with one of the employes, which has been extremely helpful when filling out applications for teaching positions!

Good customer service, prompt replies via email or text, and mostly everything can be done online. Overall, a very positive experience.

Horrible experience with them, look for another alternative program! Throughout the whole first year, they signed me up with course material to prepare for my Technology Applications content exam, but less than a month before after I ace my exam, they tell me I was suppose to take the Business content exam. Now Im being asked to pay $1,500 for a year extension with their program after I paid over $4k to get the wrong material the whole year. Horrible customer service, a business should cover the expenses after they agree they made a mistake. These people agree they made a mistake on my account, but still want me to pay. Oh I should add that they opened the wrong content for me as well instead of going through my account and making sure what they were doing was right. LOOK FOR ANOTHER PROGRAM!
